This food cart is an absolute hidden gem! It is especially hard to find good food outside of city limits, but this place is among the best even compared to ones in the city! Easy parking, friendly people, and authentic great tasting food - what more could one ask for? Love this place and couldn't ask for a better food cart especially since i live only 5 mins away! Birrieria Carlos is by far the best Berria in the Portland metro area. Especially the Gresham location. The customer service is the best. Extremely friendly and the food is superb. It's cheaper than other birrierias out there. Don't waste your money on others like "Birrieria pdx". Carlos is the spot. Don't sleep on it.

Definitely notable is the care in the preparation of the meals and the good customer service, a very good flavor with a special touch in each of their products, my favorite product is Pastor's tacos, without a doubt an excellent price within everyone's reach.
