Look burgerville is good. Unless they are busy. At least at this location. They had 2 cars waiting on the side. Me waiting in line at window and as soon as a spot opened they wanted me on the side etc. I feel like to catch up they cooked a bunch of patties and had them standing by. But the fries were behind or something. The fries came out hot the burgers were room temperature at best. Flavor was fine otherwise.

Went in at an apparently busy time (6:30 on a Thursday) and after standing around for 5 minutes I was told that there were too many orders and I would not be able to place an order at the counter. Great customer experience right here.
I grew yo here but live in Mississippi, so when I come to town going to BV is something I really look forward to.Unfortunately, we walked from our hotel to BV for breakfast and it was terrible. What a HUGE disappointment. We (my friend, also from out of state) were the only people in the dining room. Ordered, no bagels, no pepper bacon, no pepperjack cheese.... settled for bacon, egg, and cheese on a bun with hadhbrowns. The sandwich was sad, 2 tiny slices of bacon and a slab of cheese that had no chance to melt. Everything was cold. The hadhbrowns were not even room temperature! Absolutely disappointing and embarrassing since I had been bragging about the quality of food being worth the price. Guess not anymore. 40 years of loving their food and I will not be back....

Excellent experience. I had the Alaska halibut fish and chips. I was a little disappointed when i first saw the portion size. But it endyup being perfect. It left room for the cheese burger i ordered. Everything was delicious.
