This is literally the best CJ's in Oregon. The food is always great, especially the chicken. But the best part is going in the morning because Andrea is the best, sweetest, most patient person ever and on top of all that; she is very efficient, making the whole experience perfect. Every. I am a little hard at hearing and I was helped By Martin and he was patient with me and made me laugh and feel comfortable and that doesn’t happen a lot with my dining experiences in other restaurants. Overall everyone here seems really nice and like they were having a good time.

Carl's Jewnyer needs to pay their workers, better. In light of the fact that as a Nation we are letting ourselves be destroyed...Our younger human beings have no incentive to work.Two times I came in to get a small burger for my dog, Loki. That poor handsome fellow had to go home empty hearted and hungry... And look at what he did to his toy!?Since I go to the Gresham Dogpark every weekend I'll call in a small burger w/ just one bun next time and pick it up on the way home from the park?I'm going to start this review off with One Star today...My dog likes those burgers so... REACH FOR MORE STARS and I'll get back after 3mths?

Never even got the food!Tried their mobile order app from the parking lot, and it estimated 10 minutes.After about 8 minutes, went inside to find out that my order had apparently not ever been received, even though I had the order number and correct location.Counter person ignored me at pickup counter for about three minutes, standing with her back turned even after I spoke up. She told me that's just the way it is. I waited until 2 minutes after the promised ready time, no order started yet.Went to Wendy's down the road and got great service and food in a couple minutes

Late review! Recently went during the icy weather a few weeks ago! Took about 35 to 45 mins to get through the drive through. There was only a manager and 2 new cooks. I Spoke to the manager when I got to the drive through . she proceeded to tell me it was only her and 2 new cooks and that they didn't know what they were doing ! when I got home with my food it was so greasy it stained my seat and it was disgusting I had to throw it away. You guys really need to get it together. I love Carl's Jr but will definitely not be going back due to my experience! You all really need to get it together with training your employees on how to properly prepare the food they are making! I understand the circumstances of the weather but you all need to train the people properly that are going to be there! It is a reflection of the company as a whole! 2 thumbs down ????

Laughing Cow

I have been here a few times for breakfast and have always had rude employees. The food has always been good and made right so I never needed to complain. But this morning the workers there decided to speak over someone who was ordering. They had a slight stutter, so the worker would try to finish his sentences or just completely speak over him. When confronted she just asked if we wanted to cancel our order. She didn’t take accountability or even apologize. Really disrespectful workers.

This store is the worst I have ever seen. Twice I have gone to the store after their posted dine in hours have said they are open, only to find the doors are locked and the staff inside just ignores that I am there. If the dinning room is not open, fix the display of hours of operation!!
