They take for ever to get orders out. A few people canceled their orders already, and won’t get their refund until about 3 days after cancellation. Been waiting for an hour and still showing in the beginning stage. Not coming here again.

Ordered a buffalo chicken dish, came so burnt and covered with gloopy cheese it was impossible to tell it apart from the loaded tots (which were also overcooked).Pizza was normal as always.

It’s been over 3 hours and counting, was told 30 more minutes an hour ago after asking for a refund in which they stated they would have to talk to their manager. It’s 930 pm and I have to work at 7am. Truly disappointing.

I decided to place an order through the mobile app since my sister had told me about their emergency pizza deal. I hadn’t been inside this dominos for 10+ years, I see the store got a face lift but the employees sure haven’t. Upon entering the store I was completely ignored for 10 minutes or so, I was the only customer in the store too. This guy who appeared to be in his 30s abruptly asked me if I was waiting for an order, no hello, hi how are you? I believe he was the manager since he was barking orders at the younger staff and wasn’t even very nice to an older delivery driver. I’ll be getting my emergency pizza and then never coming back here again or recommending this place to anyone! customer service is not a top priority here as there isn’t any! I will be letting corporate know to look into the way this manager runs the place! He’s running customers right out the door! Very uninviting and unwelcoming environment! I felt extremely awkward sitting there waiting for my pizza while being completely ignored!
