Tried to pay with card and your internet went out and wouldn't allow the payment to go through and your employee was so rude as if it was my fault or problem and sent me away to "go get cash". You should consider hiring people that are out of high-school and maybe fixing that internet issue bc not only am I not coming back but now the food he already made is going to be thrown out and wasted anyway.... going to sushi ville instead

The food is fine but the workers are RUDE. My girlfriend came home in tears after the worker was so rude. She didn’t exactly know the process and instead of explaining he just demanded to know the order. Teach your people customer service.

Good quality for but pretty expensive. For the same price maybe a little cheaper you can get much more Tasty poke from sea sweets. Joy poke has good food but sea sweets is definitely a notch above with more layers to their bowls and they offer tasty sauces like spicy mayo for free. I would reorder from here too but it’s not the same for sure. I would also recommend this place to friends and family!

This was my first time in and I got a small so I'm happy with the portion. I didn't want to get a ton in case I didn't like it.I spent about $16 with a tip.I'm super pleased with the freshness and the service of the lady at the counter. I told her it was my first time so she made sure to double check with me if I wanted extras when applicable which I appreciate. She was really nice.I got avocado which is $2 extra but I'm pleased with that as well since it was good quality and fresh. It was a good palat cleanse between the spicy mayo and chili paste.I feel like when I'm craving sushi and don't want to spend $50 I'll come here instead because I really liked this.

I liked this place the first time we went, but after going today we probably won’t be back. The first time we went, a guy served us and we shared a medium which was perfect for both of us. He hooked it up and it was pretty tasty. Today a lady served us, and we ordered the large which seemed to be smaller than the medium we had got before. The first bowl had rice on the bottom, but this time the lady had put it to the side + barely gave us much fish. I wish this business the best, and hope they can improve.

We have been going here for a while and overall I’ve seen this place go downhill. The main person who recently left was a great representative for the restaurant. The portions are not consistent. Today we got shorted the base of our bowl, and other ingredients which made the presentation of the bowl look poor.

Constantly out of salmon, which is the main protein I get. Anytime I've tried to call recently to see if they have salmon there is no answer. Don't get my wrong the food is great but the lack of stock and the young teens they have working there who clearly don't care about customer service has me not coming back again.

Be aware that they don't list prices on their menu so you have to ask what everything costs after you wait in line to order. Then everyone watches you while you're "that person". Their menu is written in chalk so I don't understand why they can't add prices.

I later saw my bank statement a charge from Joy Poki including a $10.01 tip. I am reporting them to the BBB, local police station, and the city.
