Seems like the owners truly don't care about this location any longer employees living in the parking lot and doing drugs all hours of the night food is garbage and the service sucks. Easy to hire a manager that cares about his store. Reporting the bbb and city hopefully they will get shut down horrible.

It is not easy being a food service worker. This location gets 5 stars because someone named Benito took our order and was very positive. I saw other guests being rude and Benito still smiled and was seriously so nice and calm....I'm not sure I would be able to take it. They are very lucky to have him. Food was ok. Service was great!Benito for president!
Other then the manager saying I had stolen my drink jest because I didn't eat in the lobby I never left the parking lot got a bucket of chicken and a large drink when to refill my drink and that called me a thief not cool ??

Ordered my meal half an hour early to be ready at 5. Lady at the window says she can't find my order and to come in. I say fine and come inside. A man at the counter says he can't find my order either. Says it's not in the machine. So I show him my phone where it shows what I payed for and what location. He tells me he can't find it and shruggs his shoulders and tells me he doesn't know what to do. I'm upset because I ordered my food early and paid for it already. I'm trying to show them proof and they say we can't do anything. I tell them I want my food I paid for it. They finally say "someone must have stole it" and finally make me my meal. I ask them how someone stole it when multiple people just told me there wasn't an order? Which was it? At least they finally gave it to me. The staff need better training and be more hospitable, they were rude, acted like there was nothing they could do and the man that was at the counter wouldn't get me the manager when I asked multiple times for the manager until they finally gave me my food.

The chicken was old or burnt. Dark colored and dry, the gravy was like water, but at least the potatoes and calslaw were edible. $30 in the trash, do not go to this location.
