I hate to say this but the quality went down hill, I used to come here every time I’m in Portland but this time was truly disappointing. The bun was ice cold, the patty tiny and the sauce lost its touch. I got the fun guy (mushroom burger) and had a single mushroom in the burger and I asked one of the employees to heat the bun since it was so cold they said ok and came back with the same cold “burger” if you could consider the mess we had as that

Forget about Five guys, this place is the real deal.Update 4/6/24…Sadly it’s not the same place anymore.The buns were cold, I told the cashier about, she took it to the kitchen and some other person brought it back still fridge cold buns. The patty are thinner where I had some bits just bread.Reading other more recent posts everyone is complaining about the same thing. I should find new spot to get my fix

It was okay. Came here last minute, Monday at around 6? Fast and friendly service. Paid 28.99 including tip, and it was just okay ??♀️personally I’d have rather gone to five guys if I had known. Got the classic with fries. Fries were really salty but other than that were good. The side sauce you get is really small not enough for all my fries. The top bun is huge light and fluffy while the bottom turns into mush. Their onions are like diced onions that fall everywhere not really appealing compared to just sliced onions. The construction of the burger is alright but just falls apart so easily. The patty also falls apart because it’s squished into nothing. It was just kind of a weird experience with a burger. Flavors were alright but like I said the patty was just not appealing because weren’t really biting into a patty. Idk just my take on it. Probably won’t be back again. Price seems really high for what it is. 2 burgers 1 fry and 1 drinks 28.99

The worst burger I have ever eaten. The buns were cold like they just took them straight out of the bag and the patty was thin and overdone. I also asked for raw onions instead of grilled and I didn’t even see or taste a single onion in my burger. At least the fries were good but that’s it. Also way too overpriced. Never eating here again.

Avoid this location if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.My girlfriend asked for a burger without bacon since she’s allergic to pork, we received the burger with bacon and sent it back. A new burger came quicker than we expected and it appeared as though the bacon had just been taken off instead of the burger being remade. Assuming the best she ate it anyway and we went on our way only for her to have a rash flair up from a reaction to the beacon grease likely still on the burger.While her reaction was mild this level of negligence could be fatal for someone with a more severe allergy.
