I was doing an Instacart order for this customer and I was just doing my daily grocery shopping for my customers usually, I checked and read the customer's comments as I was doing the order I noticed she mentioned that she wanted a bigger item. So I politely asked her about it and then she stated that I was being rude. She later reported me and gave me a 1-star rating. you are in customer service and you not only want to report false allegations but also you are rude and disrespectfulPlease Do not go to this PLACE!

If you are in the mood for a new coffee place, PLEASE go here. The owner is the one who helped us, and she is so kind and so welcoming. We also bought one of the tumblers with the logo on it, and I went right home and washed it and am using it this very moment. The coffee is delicious and perfectly brewed (no burnt or bitter taste) and my boyfriend loves the flavored energy drinks. Side note: The sizes are the most accurate I've seen. I ordered a small and ACTUALLY GOT A SMALL! Not a size that could be a medium, it was the perfect size small I've ever received. Love it!!! (Picture of pink tumbler and my cute coffee for reference)

Finally got the chance to try Lotties today and let me tell you....I'm ashamed I didn't try it sooner! I asked for "The best iced coffee they had" I also mentioned I wasn't huge into the sugary drinks. Alteria (the owner) knocked it out of the park. I ended up with a 32 oz "Hayride" Americana style. It was exactly how I like my coffee ( and she does too). Also, I love the big straws. Makes getting a drink so much easier in my opinion.

Love me some Lottie's! Such a great little drive through to grab some coffe/tea/smoothies and pastries/bagel sandwiches. I'm all about supporting local and BIPOC/woman owned businesses!! All of the drinks I've had so far were SO good. My favorite, so far, has been the Jumpin Churro. They also have really great cinnamon rolls in multiple flavors like peach cobbler and strawberry french toast. I would highly recommend Lottie's to anyone in the area!! And it's now my go to spot for coffee/tea! ??
