Ridiculous $40 order just delivered. Our pizzas had basically nothing on it that we ordered, including the main ingredients of the actual type of pizza! Hubby ordered the chicken bacon ranch and added garlic, jalapenos and asiago. There's ZERO chicken or bacon on the pizza. It's called a CHICKEN BACON pizza. ? Mine was a build your own- it's missing almost everything I ordered! There's no Canadian bacon, no pineapple, no spinach, no tomato and no peppers. I am starving and really pissed. The phone rang for over 2 minutes when I called to complain, and now we are waiting another hour for our correct pizzas. What a joke!!!

As someone who use to work there. Not only was I disappointed as a worker there. But I understand why whenever I would go in as a customer from the past. They were all so miserable. Co-Workers were very disrespectful to not only me but some of them I would overhear talking negatively about customers. My co-workers even locked me in the freezer for a "Prank". Do not eat there. Do not work there. The amount of lies I've been told there is absurd. They didn't even give me my pay for nearly a month until I asked a general manager where my card was. They had it in the back just sitting in the mail pile for who knows how long. Days? Weeks? And yet nobody handed it to me until a manager was involved. Handling a metal stick that can cause permanent burns if you grab it wrong because the little "Safety handle" is so small. They should seriously get special gloves for that. I'd see Co-Workers with permanent burns they got nearly half a year ago. Their solution? Just some burn cream. Permanent burns to the skin won't be fixed by a cheap $3 bottle of burn cream. Didn't feel safe while working there either.

I always have to call when ordering since ordering online is very primitive when it comes to quantity (basically there isn't any like at all on anything!!) options for any menu items!! That's the only complaint I have. Well besides there needs to be more No Name cake flavors besides on the holidays!!Vegetarian options: They offer 3 sizes in salads and you can add as many toppings as you wish in quite large quantities!!Parking: There's usually close parking spots

Got the dairy free cheese and plant based Italian sausage and tasted great.As far as staff they seemed very overwhelmed and it was a bit chaotic in there (it was a Friday evening) I had ordered online and they had made it properly but the guy thought it was a different name so ended up waiting. Had their salad delivered and it was delivered quick by Grubhub. The salad was horrible! Lettuce was wilty, and entire salad was very poorly made. Couldn't eat it. Would not recommend.

I'm not at all going to complain about the lack of management skills at this place, however there was an employee who began being seriously out of line towards customers who , like myself had online orders to pick up. This gentleman began to bark at everyone going on about how by us looking at the online order delivery "superfast" pickup, won't make any pizza go faster. I was waiting two hours before the self proclaimed manager decided to start barking at me after he went off on a female customer, yelling at her and making her most likely embarrassed. I told the this person that this is no way to be talking to customers, so he then went off about refusing my service, refusing the doordash orders I was waiting on, telling his stressed out coworkers not to give me the orders, and saying I'm 86d. Needles to say, this was the absolute disgusting form of any customer service I ever came across, and he should really quit the job.Unfortunately due to his ranting antics, making false claims, even called me the N word. Even after I'm minding my own, as the minutes past, he would t stop. Unfortunately the customers I had waiting on me to deliver there food not only did I have to cancel my delivery, they had also been waiting 2 hours for the bad news that my delivery would ne unassigned and I will not in the future be at anytime accepting any orders that are for MOD pizza. If this behavior is what MOD Pizza wants to employ, I'm not game for that, that's toxic, and it's threatening, and outright childish rude disgusting way to treat customers.P.s. He tried blocking the doorway with his body talking on the phone to the police I guess, but he hi tailed his way back inside once he seen me start to record him. Go figure.
