The person who is there now in the morning, I think he is racist, did not treat us well because we do not speak English. We tried to explain with a translator and he sent us to the restaurant across the street that says They spoke Spanish there because I really like that place, we couldn't have breakfast there because of their poor service.

I've been going to Panera on/off for years.. normally the quality of the food and bread is awesome. Got my sandwich and salad today (at this location) and it was just small and slopped together. So disappointing.Also, the last two times I visited I noticed each time when I ordered the food, the people taking my orders were very rude. Like almost looking to start an argument; had a serious attitude. If you say "hello" they won't respond back, will snap at you. The people working in the back are pretty nice though, even when confronted by other customers for preparing the food too slow. I didn't mind the wait because they were definitely very busy. The girl taking my order, on the other hand, should reconsider working in any customer service capacity.

Broccoli soup gave me the worst food poising I’ve ever had. Their work area was filthy with meat and vegetables being cross contaminated for sure. Do not recommended this location. If you don’t believe it, try it out for yourself lol??

This is by far the most awkward Panera bread I have ever been too. I usually come here after school and there is always drama between co workers. There drama is so loud that all the customers can hear about it. This isn’t the impression you would want your customers to have. There seriously needs new leadership at this Panera bread because customers shouldn’t be able to hear conflict that is going on between co workers.

Quinoa is no longer allowed to be put on salads. I asked, and it's a hard rule, only in bowls.There goes my last reason for patronizing this gross place. Their bagged soups gross me out to no end.Oh, and nothing with quinoa is vegetarian if it even still exists.

Amy the manager is no help at all she hung up on me after getting our order wrong. We did order through a 3rd party that did everything they we're supposed to but Amy said manager couldn't do anything to fix their mistakes. Just know if ordering through a 3rd party with thisFast food establishment they can't help you. Well you have 2 options to fix there screw up. 1 come to the Fast food location and they will get you the food you ordered or 2 ask the 3rd party for a refund. Both ways I'm having to do all the work and with option #2 still no food. Option #1 defeats the reason why I ordered through a 3rd party to have it delivered. Good job Managers ? ? note the recipe order checked by ???Parking: Former Blockbuster location with parking in the back. Shared with other shops and fastfood.
