They come to my workplace periodically and their food is always so good and fresh, and the staff and owner is very friendly. I really should check them out at their main location.
Drove over 10 miles to get here to try it out. There were 3 food trucks in this location, but sa'baidee was nowhere to be found. Not sure if they closed down or they are just there certain days? Either way, it said they we're currently open both on yelp and google.

The owner is so nice and friendly, always recommending what's good on the menu. Ordered the trifecta; spicy lao sausage, sticky rice, papaya salad. The OG of lao comfort food! Along with yaki soba noodles. The boba tea is also super tasty surprisingly, Mia recommends the strawberry peach flavor with strawberry popping boba and it was not overly sweet/ overwhelming! She also let me sample the peach flavor and it's pretty solid too. The Thai tea is solid as well if you're more familiar with that drink. Tea to half n half ratio is good. Can't wait to come back to try more!
