Great food, friendly staff, and awesome portions. I will definitely be back! The taco salad is delicious. Thank you Stiers family for creating a healthy local food cart! Our community often lacks healthy options for families on the go, but this is a great option for lunch or dinner, and should definitely be added to your stop if you’re looking for something delicious, fast, and healthy. ?

This place was amazing! I had the shrimp wrap with balsamic vinegar dressing, and it was perfection. The only down side is the yellow jackets chasing me out of the eating area and into my car.Vegetarian options: Parking is extremely limited and not clearly marked, so it's kinda confusing.

I was really in the mood for a salad the other day and found Salad Heroes nearby. It's a food cart situated amongst a couple other carts that are positioned between a gas station and a car wash. Parking:Car parking is not well defined for the food carts. At least, not as far as I could discern. So, be prepared for that if you're driving. I parked at the gas station parking area.Initial impression: The menu selections seem appropriate for the type of food cart that its name implies, but it's a bit slim on the beverage offerings. As a first-time customer, I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad wrap and a bottle of water. The wrap itself was decent, albeit a bit dry in spots. For comparison, when I make a Chicken Caesar wrap at home, I like to put all the ingredients into a sealed container and thoroughly shake it up in order to evenly distribute the dressing throughout the salad before wrapping it up in the tortilla. Doing so helps to prevent those dreaded choke-inducing dry spots. I also would have enjoyed more croutons in the wrap . . . Well, now that I'm thinking about it, I'm not sure if there were croutons in the wrap! Oh, well. It was still pretty good!On a more positive note, the chicken chunks were of good size, the leaf lettuce crunchy, and the added hard-boiled egg offered a nice touch of flavor that I don't usually include when I'm at home. As for beverages, it seemed there were just two beverages to choose from. Water and Gatorade. Therefore, I would like to suggest additional beverage offerings, as the current selection seems pretty slim. Namely, regular V8 and Spicy V8. These two additions would likely pair well with most any salad and the idea of getting your daily dose of veggies. They also have just enough flavor variance between them to be viable offerings.Overall, my first visit was decent enough to warrant another visit. In my book, that's a WIN.

This food part is one of four food carts located next to Milton's coffee on Burnside. They have a few tables between the food carts. I ordered the Caesar chicken wrap which was tasty and healthy. I think all of the options here are fairly healthy. The service was efficient and friendly.

Unfortunately, I learned too late that the dressings they use are 'Kens', which are loaded with MSG. So, being allergic to MSG, I ended up with a migraine. Now, this is on me, as I didn't ask. It's my fault for assuming that since they take such care with their salads, that they would also have better quality dressings. The seating area is excellent, but the parking is difficult. We had no clue whatsoever as to where we should park. I'd love to say I'll be back, but the business has now lost my trust. Being so sensitive to MSG, I frequent restaurants that are very aware of ALL additives. I wasn't careful here, as they say they are allergen friendly. It looked very nice and clean too.

The chicken Ceasar wrap was good. I loved the chunk of chicken and we were able to get extra Ceasar dressing to push the wrap to amazing. Nice seating area and they have hand sanitizer which was also nice. Parking is a bit difficult since there is no designated parking but people find a way to park.

The food is always delicious and the service is great! The food choices are allergy friendly and the owners are super nice! The vibes are great and supporting the small business just makes them even better lol.

Amazing! I felt so bad for coming so close to close but she made it feel like it was nothing. I built my own salad for my first time going. The young lady that assisted me today is phenomenal! My food is great! I’m so happy and feel so fullVegetarian options: So many veggies! Meat options too but it’s up to you if you want them.
