Gross. This place is so run down. Duct tape on seats, broken booths entirely missing, disgusting filthy restroom. We love our local Shari's but will never come back to this one. I would rather eat at a taco truck.

We went there when the storm was happening and they probably should have been closed. Whoever was cooking had no idea how to cook. I asked for a full side of fries and was brought a kids side because "it was cheaper"....maybe they were rationing what they had on stock. I could have made our order at home and it would have cost 25 bucks and not 75....Shari's is clearly not caring anymore

The attitudes made the food experience unpleasant 4:25 pm jan 18 2024 a young lady came in to look for her sister and they bassically harrassed her for going in to search for her.

Definitely as a family felt discriminated. We were pushed into a corner on the entrance to the lottery side of the restaurant while they had more than enough room to seat us in the main area. They did the same thing to another POC family. The waitress was nice but the older gal hostess who sat us was not. Will not be going back
I ordered their Prime Rib dinner. When I answered my waitress that I wanted it medium rare, she said no we can't do that. ?!? Only med.to well done. Why? So, I ordered a breakfast plate with sirloin. The meat was tough n chewy like bubble gum. Chew n spit out. My eggs were Cold. I asked for butter but got margarine. A small AMT.of hash browns n ?. Oh, my waitress was very nice. She brought me a well done browned prime rib to show me, " in case you changed your mind". Ummm no! I sent my eggs back to get re-nuked n hot. Shari's sends me online offers. The Prime rib is pink/red, yet for some very strange reason, they can only serve "medium or well done." She was good at her job. Oh, the point slices sight would not boot up because it is was " out of order". So no points sigh. Their prime rib advertisement says;" Cooked to order". Not in Gresham.

I want to start out by saying my server was a polite and friendly woman who made sure my drink was always full and made sure I had what I needed, that being said when I ordered country fried steak with sausage gravy the sausage was pink meaning undercooked and the mac n cheese I got as a side was bland and watery.

I would give this -000 stars if I could. This is just unbelievable and unacceptable. My husband ordered the Salmon dinner with broccoli and rice pilaf and his rice came with a big chunk of BLACK MOLD on it… face side up, almost impossible not see as a server or staff member. Be careful and if you choose to continue to eat there then thoroughly check your food… Shame on you Shari’s!!
