This Starbucks is extremely understaffed and slow. They took 25 minutes to make my drink when the app said it would take <10. Another time they had my food ready over 10 minutes before my drink. Other than that it is a very generically fine Starbucks.
This location has very friendly staff in general. Unfortunately the service otherwise is very slow as soon as they get even a little busy. They usually have nobody specifically bagging and expediting orders, so there ends up being piles of food and bunches of drinks that are just sitting and ready, but nobody expediting the orders. I avoid this location now for that reason. Unfortunately I think management has done a poor job organizing and running the store

Met friends for coffee. Good service and drinks, but the store was a sty. Every unused seat, the tables, and area around, were dirty. My wife used the restroom, and said there was dried human waste in and on the toilet. I used the other restroom, and found the same. Very unsatisfactory, and unsanitary. BLAH!!!!!
