Omg! The best cheeseburger that I’ve ever had, it was my first time visiting Carl’s Jr I had no idea what to get and I got lucky that someone with good attitude and very helpful that helped make the best decision of choosing the most delicious burger and I want to thank Sandra for helping me decide and now I’m inlove with the western bacon cheeseburger and I will definitely be coming soon again for my favorite cheeseburger.

Worst Carls Jr location. Every single time, even if I order ONE burger from the drive thru I still have to wait at the front. They are extremely SLOW. Other Carls locations I’ve been to do not have this problem. Beware, the drive thru always looks empty but that’s because they make you wait at the front of the store. This location should close down.

We ordered 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks for lunch. When we got our order I noticed that they only gave us only 2 small packets of ketchup for our two orders of fries.I told the person at the counter that we would need more than 2 small packets . . She said that extra ketchup would be 50 cents per packet more. I told here I was not paying for extra ketchup and she could keep our order and we wanted our money back. They gave us our money back and we went to Burgerville and ate our lunch This is the second time we have had very poor service and food from Carls Jr. I noticed on Yelp ,that they do not fair will in the food departmentSo glad that there is so many more better choices out there.
