This Place could be a lot of fun but they are so very expensive for everything just to play one game that cost around $7 roughly so be prepared I know that we took our granddaughter there and we walked out of their $400 later and we were only there for 4 hours and that includes having dinner but that didn't include the price of the dinner and it was just the right amount just to have a good time so take a good look at it before you try it because you'll figure on spending quite a bit of money in there was it worth it I feel that it was not worth it because I could have gotten lots of smiles and happy faces from my granddaughter if I had taken her to a carnival probably more so that a carnival than at that placeKid-friendliness: Kids just run free. Felt pretty safeAlso a kids menu!

You definitely don't come here for the food. Came for a work event, so I'm not sure how much the games cost. Fun to play 6 people basketball/free throws and head to head 4 player Mario cart. Don't think I'd ever go back on my own.

I went the first time and everything was great. Good portions of food, great service. Everything was great. Except the second time we visit. my very deseption is was not the service but the portion of the food. For the price of what we were paying for we got like a kids meal portion for a adult plate. We order pasta meal and steak meal. On the steak The mash potato were a joke, It was barely 2 spoons of smash potatoes and 4sparagus. And the pasta meals were barely a small spoon of pasta. I do not thing we will be back, for now. I hope it gets better I really do wish the portions will be a little bit more big. It was very Disappointing.

Really bad bartenders . They based there service on tips and minority. I'm going to guess. I gave tips and I still had to wait over an hour even to get acknowledged. I felt pretty offended by the service and I don't recommend getting service from the bartender of the name Tommy in this location.
Seems to be grossly understaffed or poorly managed. Wait times are far too long. The number of games that don't work was innumerable. The technology issues in the winners circle made for long lines, though the clerk was doing a great job of staying g positive.
Have been to D+B tons. Games and drinks are great- but the only two time I have eaten here have both been awful. First time we had hair in out food. The managements fix? A cheap dessert. Honestly, we didn’t even eat it. That was a like 5 years ago.Second time was just a few weeks ago. I had resolved never to eat there again, but it was my kids birthday and he begged. Service was excellent and we had a great time. Until about 12/1am…. The three of us that had the chicken wings were all woken violently ill. I was sick for 24 hours- bad sick. My poor kids were sick for 48 hours. Called and spoke to whoever answers the phone and they supposedly left a message for the manager. NEVER HEARD BACKA SINGLE WORD. $150 for dinner for 4, and a nasty sickness.. Thanks Dave and Busters!

My family and I usually enjoy coming here for the games and we try to earn a lot of tickets to exchange for prizes. We did good this time and had fun.We always start with dinner and drinks first. We were a little bummed that they weren't serving alcohol that night due to some issue they had been having the day before. We were looking forward to having some drinks so that kind of sucked.He food was OK. My nachos were so-so. My niece got the chicken strips and some pieces were mainly fried batter. My brother enjoyed his burger. The server was great.Some of the machines were down or "coming soon". I wish they had more claw machine selections.The prize room was lacking. But when I saw someone take the last plush I had been eyeing, I talked to the guy at the desk and he was able to bring out more from the back room. He was nice and quite talkative, but a good guy.Overall, we'll be back again next year, hopefully, for our usual spring break trip. I hope it's a little better next year!

One of my favorite spots ever! I’ve had all but good experiences here, with the exception of one time in 2021 there was this short blond chick that told me and two of the people I was there with that we could not sit at the tables while we waited for our food, because the tables were reserved or something? Despite there only being 4 people in the entire Dave and busters at the time, and an abundance of unused tables. Very weird power tripping little person she was. She’s the reason I only gave 3 stars instead of 5.

The food prices were high compared to elsewhere and seemed to be the same taste/quality as others or less. We had many items and nothing stood out. The $2 pints made me give food a 4 and not a 3 star. Now the atmosphere and service was AMAZING. Our server BEN was very friendly and efficient. I felt like he was not being nice due to the company asking but because he is genuinely a nice and friendly guy. Same as the Arcade Technician named KC that we came across. Was very quick and efficient on helping us and anyone else he needed to. Also only 1 game was down which means they keep up on maintenance and repairs.Update on response. They responded quick with hoping I will give them another shot. I will give it another shot however I will go back for the games abs drinks. Maybe food when it's a great deal. But I will go back.Kid-friendliness: Was great for kids as well. They didn't just have fun drinks for adults but even better looking non alcoholic ones for the kids.

Came here for rhythm games such as Pump It Up and Guitar Hero on half off Wednesday. Both games are completely off, front staff told me it's broken. Unbelievable, came here for the 2nd time just for this. Horrible uptime and horrible games otherwise. Asked a technician and they said it wasn't a priority. Disappointed.
