Lobby is never open when I go, even at 5 pm and I’ve tried to call beforehand to ask if it would be open and their phone goes straight to voicemail every time, idk if their phones are disconnected or the number isn’t updated but this locations sucks.

0 stars if I could. Worst costumer service! Had a big order of fries and burgers. He handed us a bag and we asked for ranch and red hot. He said it was in the bag and left to get our second bag. There was only 2 ranch and we had 4 orders of fries. When he came back, we asked for more ranch and red hot. He gave us 1 red hot and said that was plenty of ranch already and wouldn't give us more. Very rude and zero customer service. It wouldn't hurt anyone to give us more ranch especially if we have a big order.

I don't like to give bad reviews for places where the employees generally make very little and the work is hard. Now, I understand many of these restaurants are struggling to get people to work when right now they can make a heck of a lot more fun to stay home on unemployment. However, being slow and having bad customer service are completely different kinds of issues. I went in yesterday and ordered curly fries with my meal. I got back to work and realized that I had regular fries. No big deal. Went back today and mentioned what happened and asked if maybe the next time I could get comped for my loss. It costs 49 cents for the upgrade. He told me he can't take my word for it and required a receipt. 30 seconds prior to this he asked if I needed a receipt for the current purchase and I said I did not need it as I always do. I guess you have to deal with all types who are out for a free meal, but 49 cents?! And now I will not return to this location again. They lost a lot trying to theoretically save 49 cents. Stupid. To top it off, the guy gave the fake enthusiastic "thank you. Have a nice day" obviously as a dig. Rather than send him to the hospital, I decided to tell everyone about my experience.

I rated this with a four-star rating and the only reason I did that was because when I show up there at 6:00 in the morning I like to know they're open not have to drive through to see if somebody's actually inside that window. I enjoyed my sausage croissant it was very good.

It's pretty bad when it's a human right to wash your hands so you can handle your food and have clean hands and the restaurant will not let you use the restroom so that you can wash your hands to handle your food this is a disgrace this is called being a sheep

Good hot Burger and teriyaki bowl.

Slow drive through. No ice in drink plus the lid wasn't secured down all the way. Burger wasn't great either and over charge for like ten curly fries in a bag. Thats just a rip off of food and service.

Burnt tacos, wrong order, out of ice, soda was flat and 18 minutes in line should sum it up. When I got to the window there was an acknowledgment by the employee the order was wrong, but it was already made... so I didn't feel like waiting in line for another 10. Clearly unorganized and with Carl's Jr right next store its a no brainer moving forward.

I came through the drive through at night inquiring about the fish sandwich that has been newly advertised. At first, the person (who apparently is the order taker and the food preparer), said that they didn't have a fish sandwich as I searched for it on the menu board. Briefly after, she said something to the effect that we do have a fish sandwich. What I had seen advertised in form or another is (from a copy and paste from online): "The Deluxe Fish Sandwich, on the other hand, comes with two fillets of 100% wild-caught Alaska Pollock, covered in crispy panko breadcrumbs and topped with two slices of melted American cheese, tomatoes, and creamy tartar sauce all sandwiched between a toasted bun." I ended up ordering this sandwich in a meal, and, other than the fries and coke, could tell that this was poorly prepared. The fish, althouth cooked, was obviously either overcooked, or cooked to fast. Nothing like a fish filet that is half the size that it should be because it was either cooked too fast, or cooked too long. BIG disappointment. I will not go into details, but the rest of it had me debating on whether or not I should actually eat it (I inspected it well....as many I'm sure not doubt do). Nevertheless, I ingested the majority of it in the parking lot (which I never do) before I arrived home, as I was seemingly at the point of starvation. In starvation, poorly prepared food can taste like the best thing that you've ever eaten. I gave it the benefit of the doubt. When I returned a few nights later (with only one person working), I ordered two sourdough jacks sandwiches. I've ordered sourdough jack sandwiches for years and years, and these were the worst ones that I've ever had. As soon as I returned home, I opened up the first one, and the beef was dark brown to black on parts, dry, and looking like it was cooked some time ago, which would be consistent with the amount of time I waited for my food (probably about 3 minutes). I do not believe for a second that my food was cooked fresh, and if it was not cooked fresh, and there is evidence, it is only the preparer that knows how long ago it was made. This is a disgrace to the fast food industry. I have gone to restaurants who claim that food is made fresh only to be disappointed time and time again. Example: Wendy's is supposed to be made fresh. I cannot tell you how many times I have ordered nuggets only to be disappointed in getting some that I know have been sitting for some time. Nothing like chewing on some warm nuggets that are dry beyond belief, yet are only warm because they were either sitting under a lamp or warmed up in a microwave. If you're to separate yourselves from a company like Burger King, please do so....Otherwise, do not advertise made fresh unless you're going to do so. I came to Wendy's to avoid Burger King's quality. I will never visit this Jack in the Box again. Only another fast food restaurant in a long list that have been increasingly disappointing. I really hope that somebody reads this who cares, because there is problem out there.... People who do not care about quality when it comes to serving food. I realize that I am at a fast food restaurant, but take some pride. If I am served something that I would never serve to somebody, I have to say something. If the employee cannot handle working alone, please hire some help, because I think she may need some help.
