Workers there are sick, keep coughing. I recommend if sick wear masks. And be more hygienic. Wearing gloves touch theirs shirts or other things then they go to get dough to make pizza It will contaminate foods . I understand we all need jobs, but please be more hygienic. Place seems more messy. Dusty areas, food on floors. and the ingredients in different buckets than their own. Also very slow service.

Online order not even close to ready at the time it's supposed to be. Do yourself a favor just skip this location completely. They act like it's an inconvenience when you show up on time. No thank you Mod

I ordered online, at the end of the order it gives you a bunch of sauce options and shows a picture of them In cups, but don’t be fooled! They were not put in cups they were put directly onto my pizza, when I arrived and asked about the sauces, I was rudely asked by the lady working “the ones on the pizza?”. She was not only being rude to me but also to the employee that is seemed she was training. They didn’t remake the pizza for me and I left with my soggy super saucy pizza and did not eat it. Will not be returning.

Fast food. Quick the way you want it made and tasty. Assorted sauces for after toppings. Staff always informative.
Food is good but app prediction for pick up time is always way off. Sitting for 20+ minutes when it said to be here at a specific time is ridiculous. They also have not once remembered to include the side sauces we order which is frustrating because we don't always remember to check and shouldn't have to if we specified.

The only customer in line, I waited 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. The girl making pizza's right in front of me didn't even look up. No one offered to take my order. After a few more minutes, I left. Very disappointing. I really like MOD pizzas.
