Generous portions. Tried to chicken chow mein and the wonton noodle soup. Both were delicious! The wontons in the soup were perfect. A little bit of ginger with the pork and the wontons held together in the hot broth.

Literally one of the best Chinese food places I’ve eaten at in the Portland area. I don’t understand any of the under 4-5 star reviews here! Everything we’ve tried from this place has been amazing, incredibly flavorful, nourishing and delicious. The Sour Won Ton Soup, Mongolian Beef Chow Mein, Kung Pao Chow Mein, any of their fried rice, and the rib dishes are some of our favorites. Very reasonably priced as well considering most restaurant pricing these days. They also have a yummy drink menu with bubble teas. Perfect place for a date night, family meal or getting takeout. If you live in Happy Valley and you haven’t tried this place yet…definitely do!!

The food is fresh and delicious.Especially crab rangoon and the homemade spicy pork wonton.I must order every time. Things are cheap and beautiful. The size of the chowmein is huge. Perfect for family dinners.Kid-friendliness: Good service attitude. Will provide plain noodles for children to eat.

We sat and waited for our order for over 40 mins. Watched all the take outs order being prepped. Guess lazy people gets priority. I finally asked what’s going on. We watched two tables come and go. We only got the steamed dumplings. “Store bought frozen” not authentic at all so I will give it a zero if I could. If you follow my reviews it’s all positive. But this time it was poor food and poor service. I would’ve loved to tried the noodles but they won’t get my review:)

This place was OK and the food wasn’t bad. It was, however a little strange. Everything we ordered was just a little bit off. The ribs tasted like they were leftover and reheated. The crab Rangoon was very salty, as was the plum sauce that came with. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t what you expect with crab Rangoon. The wonton wrappers were also very thick. The shrimp chow mein was excellent, but very very sweet. The pork belly was magazine ready. It was the best braised pork belly I’ve ever had. It looked beautiful and it tasted even better. The noodles it came in however, again, just a little weird. They had no flavor and no salt. The bathroom kind of weirded me out too. It wasn’t extremely dirty, but the mirror was taped to the wall and there was this weird rope all around the corners, which clearly cannot be cleaned. I probably would go there again to try the other dishes but I wouldn’t take friends or family there.

I have eaten here several times now. Their food is fresh, noodles made in house and it is so fun to watch the chefs know their foodstuffs so well! I wish I could understand accents better, but thanks to some mental auditory issues, it isn't easy for me. HOWEVER, the employees speak english very well!! I LOVE the fresh noodles, veggies, sauces, yum yum!!Parking: Noodle Man is located in a large strip mall with plenty of parking, but beware of the stop signs and for those who don't bother to stop. An entrance to the strip mall is near Noodle Man, and the vehicles entering do not have a stop sign, so watch out for them! The bushes can block your view of those vehicles.

First time coming here and my family and I had a great experience. It helped my wife had a game plan for what she wanted so we could rattle it off quickly. The appetizers came very fast and our main noodle dishes came quickly as well. The potstickers were delectable, chicken wings fried just right and the two noodle dishes we got were delicious. Thank you!!
