Fresh and delicious ingredients treated with respect are the hallmark of this izakaya-style restaurant. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Parking can be challenging, so be aware if you're having trouble finding it!

Good food. Ordered salmon sashimi and she "upgraded" us to Ora king salmon that was $30 vs the $18 on the menu.....just be aware of that when ordering. The Calamari crispy roll was very good. Miso soup was a little bland.

I came here on a chilly day for brunch with my boyfriend and it was great. The inside of the restaurant has quite a bit of seating, but my boyfriend and I sat at the bar. Service was polite and quick. We ordered the tempura udon, fried soft shell crab, a variety of nigiri, and a salmon skin handroll. The tempura udon was good. The udon was light and noodles were delicious, but the tempura was a bit underwhelming and not as crispy as I would normally like it. The fried soft shell crab was also pretty good and the sauce complimented it well. Overall, for the variety of nigiri we ordered, they were not bad. You could tell the cuts of the sashimi weren't from a trained sushi chef, but that's a really minor thing when it comes to taste (the cuts were in the thinner side, and uneven). The quality of the fish itself was also pretty average. And, the last thing we ordered was the salmon skin handroll (which was a special item listed on their wall), and it was also pretty good. Overall, the spot has a good variety, for a good price and the quality is pretty standard for a casual sushi spot.

This restaurant is terrible, DO NOT GO HERE. The sushi is mediocre at best. I usually go into Portland for sushi and decided to give this place a chance since I was looking to find a local spot. The service was awful and their menu is inaccurate to the food being served. When i mentioned something, they refused to provide what was described on the menu. One top of that, they will automatically charge you 10% gratuity for take out and charge for each individual to go box in addition to the food. I have never heard of that. If you order take out, that should be part of the item cost not a fee after the fact. Additionally, the waitstaff forgot to charge the 10% automatic gratuity for takeout and when I went back in to ask about the order that looked incorrect, she recharged my card without permission ( I had already signed for tip and she essentially voided that and charged for a higher amount to include the 10% that was never explained and refused to provide me an itemized receipt.) The server then called the owner and she said “you’re not a regular and all my regulars know that”. Clearly you don’t want new guests if you don’t care to remedy the situation and work with new customers. I rather go to Bamboo Sushi and pay $22+ a roll to get incredible sushi and service.

Pretty darn good. I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5. Everything tastes fresh and looks beautiful. We got 1 specialty roll, a Spider Roll, for $13, 3 regular rolls at $8-10 (real crabmeat not imitation), plus 2 nigiri for a total of $50. More than enough for 2 people dinner and even a little for a snack later. We did take out. Looks nice inside and service was good.

Good sushi, good prices, good atmosphere. The server and chef are warm and friendly. I usually stop by for some saba nori when I’m shopping Costco Clackamas. They serve cocktails though they are not on the menu.

This restaurant has amazing food and it has some BREATHTAKING sushi! I took one bite of the food AND WOW! 'Some people" Might say that they found some "unexpected ingredients" in the food. If you have a problem with the food then maybe YOU should get some better eyes because you are CLEARLY not reading right ?. Anywho, whoever is reading this should TOTALLY go to Nori Sushi because these owners are stupendously nice and if you think otherwise, then maybe you should get a better attitude. Love the Vegas roll. My wife and I don't eat a lot of sushi, but when we do this is where we go.
I went here for a quick bite and restaurant was empty. Ordered the shell party roll $16.95. Asked for the check it came out to 20.95. Not coming here ever again. Who knows they been adding extra on peoples tabs to get more money out of you. Shady owners!

Came here to celebrate a birthday and ended up walking out. The server refused to write our orders down. Cool. You can memorize things. BUT she messed it up, wasn't very friendly and didn't take my allergies seriously. I tried to stay calm about it but she brought someone else over and guys, I was argued with about MY allergies and basically belittled to the point where my birthday girl was fuming and just stood up to leave. Thanks, guys. You ruined a special day.

I once again forgot to take pictures but they would have looked appetizing. I had the 9 piece sashimi. It was fresh and delicious. My dinner companions ordered the gyoza, chicken skewers, spicy tuna roll and miso soup. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Our waitress was kind and very hard working. The atmosphere gave me a "bar vibe" but it didn't bother us.
