Food court in nice mall , nice environment. Cleaned well inside and out. Good workers; yummy in my tummy food & beverage. Good solo and I’m sure with a date or group as I witnessed. Worth every penny; my first time here at Nori Japan, definitely won’t be my last:). Thanks Nori

I have never been a fan of noodles until trying some off my boyfriend’s plate here. Holy heck I drive 40 min once a month to get them now. They are pretty affordable too considering their portion sizes. By far one of my fave places to eat.

The service has always been really good and lightning fast, idk what some of you are talking about. They make it right in front of you Benihana style it takes all of 5 minutes? The prices are extremely fair and you can get DOUBLE CHICKEN for just a few bucks! (Look at the reviews, a lot of them are obviously angry mall trolls.) It's as good as Happy Teriyaki or any local mom n pop Japanese spot. The only thing you might not like on the meat is there can be a little bit of fat, but that's normal for Teriyaki and adds flavor. If you don't like that eat their vegetable bowl. Honestly why are y'all expecting wagu beef at a food court for less than $10?For the location and speed it's beyond 5 stars. I've had some of the best customer service experiences here and I hate when people leave a bad review with no reasoning behind it...they're not rude, come by and see for yourself. I've never been rude to them so it's most likely a get what you give situation. Honestly there's so much hot yummy food for the price I wouldn't even care if they were.***Updated: I firmly stand by this review. I’ve come here over ten years & am thrilled it’s still open. That’s not easy task at a mall…speaks to how delicious the food is, they can’t even rely on a franchise name for consistent new customers, just good food! Through the pandemic, not being able to entice people with their delicious free samples (probably how I started coming here in school lol!) & the racist Karens who thought Asian food would somehow give them covid…they survived. Ask yourself how a terrible food place could do that with no franchise name? They can’t. Titans have fallen but Nori stays delivering hot juicy fresh food…and now I’m hungry.

Today for launch we decided to get some teriyaki. The chicken is good, but nothing compared to how it use to taste 4 years ago. Back when I use to come to the mall more frequently. What I miss most about this location is the hot sauce they use to carry. Service has always been quick and helpful. For the ambiance I would say it's the food court at the mall, so you can make of it what you want.

I was in the restroom and witnessed a male employee of Nori Japan leaving without washing his hands. I will not be eating at Nori Japan .

Good tasting food for the most part but not the very best. 4 star review!

Got horrible food poisoning tonight eating the chicken and white rice came on half hour after eating I guess I can't trust them anymore

Chicken is always overcooked because instead of cooking to order, the cook pre-cooks the chicken in a pile and keeps it to the side on the grill so by the time you get it, it's a mixture of extremely over cooked pieces, rock hard pieces, and little pieces of rubber tire. The rice is basically minute rice. It does not have the authentic taste and feel of GOOD teriyaki rice. This goes for both the fried and white rice.Also- if you want ANY extra sauce, you have to ask 1 million times down the line to even get it, and be prepared to put the Itty bitty 1/2 Oz. Cup of sauce (one per order!) on the food immeadiately at the counter when you get it because they give it to you in the tiny little paper cups that McDonalds use to give you for ketchup back in the day. And that means that the cups have no lids.. just super inconvenient and such a cheapskate ripoff. I wouldn't have even returned if my regular teriyaki spot hadn't been closed tonight due to election day! So lame!!

Terrible customer service! Obnoxious male staff. Instead of correcting their incompetence in getting the orders right, he kept smirking at me and stayed being a j*** and insisted that he “heard” me ordered exactly what I got. With my cash transaction, they didn’t issue receipt, you have to ask for it. The one star is for the 2 good male cooks.

very fast service. fried tofu was near perfect, and it comes with Japanese kind of rice (not the cheap long grain kind)
