I asked to sear the salmon on both sides, but the chef said he couldn't do that because it would fall apart on small pieces. But the previous chef prepared this order for me many times, always and nothing fell apart. It seems the chef doesn't know how to cook.

Friendly atmosphere with latin music, but service can range during the meal from very attentive to sparse. Wasabi was missing from dining area. Rolls are tasty but can be sloppy compared to competitors. Could be a four star place with more roll/fish variety, better presentation and a spotless bathroom.

The sushi was decent. It seemed like a more limited menu than I'm used to, but that probably related to the type of sushi place. The service was lacking and it was painfully obvious that the staff intended to leave right at closing time (last call for food over a half hour before closing time). I'm willing to try coming back, I won't judge service based on only one experience.

The belt was basically empty and the food on it was old. The belt is really dirty. We waited for them to put food on the belt and they never did, so we finally ordered. They still didn’t put food on the belt and nobody told us we would need to order. The service was horrible, never communicated with us, we had to ask for everything and they forgot parts of our order and we had to remind them. Also, why are they paying Mexican music at a sushi restaurant? Never eat anything that location again and probably never at the chain either.

This place keeps going downhill yet their prices keep going up. There was like no more than 10 plates on the belt so you have to order and wait around since everyone else has to order too.

Brought family here for dinner. After drink order, server came with loaded tray and accidentally knocked two glasses of ice water on me. Jacket and pants soaked. Bag wet. It was an accident but I was wet enough I had to go out to the car to try and dry off (not successfully). Uncomfortably continue on with dinner. At checkout, offered me nothing by way of comp. Not expecting a free meal. But a free roll? Plate? Drink? Nope. Nothing.Talk to manager “we can’t do anything”. The owner of this place should be ashamed for not empowering the staff to do basic customer relations tasks. Otherwise a fine establishment. Staff was apologetic and food OK but when you make a mistake, you try to make amends.

It was way better previous times. Service was lacking and sushi belt had limited options. We had to ask for our drinks and they finally brought Wasabi ginger when we were halfway done with the meal. Establishment was clean.

We called in take out and they told us 5-10 minutes on the phone. When we got there 10 minutes later they said “oh it’s almost ready”. 25 minutes later I asked for an ETA and they said ours was up next. The sushi chef was pulling other people’s take out orders from the old conveyor belt plates at that point so we just decided to cut our losses and leave. We won’t ever go back. The attendants were messing around on their phones with clearly no customer service training.

The food was absolutely delicious! I've never been to a sushi train bar before, so to see plates of sushi coming straight towards our table was great! The chefs had good energy and made requested meals extremely fast! The only somewhat downside was that our server had a somewhat of an attitude towards us, but everyone has their bad days! It didn't take away from the experience that will never be forgotten!

I came in later in the evening, so the sushi was not in ample supply, but they took our order and went above and beyond to get out what we had wanted to eat.It was fresh, the nigiri was accurate, and the house roll was delicious.Spider roll was a smaller portion than expected, but it was delicious. The low sodium soy sauce seemed very watery and off color, but the regukar was good.Overall, I would return. A $40 meal was well worth it, and the experience of the track-traveling sushi is always fun.

I gave 5 stars for food but 1 star for atmosphere and service. This is the strangest place I've ever come to but they call America the melting pot. This is it in one place. The kid working the front counter is like too cool for school. He walks and moves as slow as anyone can.I'm not saying the following in any kind of racist tone but it's strange. It's a sushi place with only Mexican-American people working. Not one Asian person to be found. They have Hispanic music playing over the speakers in the dining room while Ranchero music is blasting away in the back kitchen room.If you want good sushi get it to go but if you are looking for any kind of traditional atmosphere you've come to the wrong place.

Not only the worst sushi train of my life, I’m pretty sure the food I ate was not prepared any time recently… I literally ran to my phone after eating just now to post because… yikes. No wasabi, ginger etc. Is on the table, and service is virtually non existent even for sushi train places….. it was really my worst experience from at least five or six places locally, let alone other places in WA or OR. save yourself disappointment and go to Akira or Sushi Myoga.
