Make sure to check your receipt! This is twice the girl taking my order hasn't been able to understand her own menu. Combo comes with fries and a drink. I've been overcharged twice and been told, well this is how I rung it up (wrong). So, get a receipt & check it twice.The delicious food is the only thing that keeps me coming back. Hopefully they find better help
Phatz Philly cheese probably makes the BEST sandwiches around. Ordered here just to try and was not disappointed. Very flavorful meat, crispy bread, and don't sleep on the au jus. Great options and they build it up quick.

I hate to leave a bad review, but felt I should share our experience today after reading many similar experiences shared in the other reviews here. Main point of the story: we never got our food. We ordered from 3 other carts at around the same time we ordered a single order of tenders and fries from Phatz... including a whole crab boil, 2 double burgers & tots, and a Thai iced tea. By the time we had all the food from the other carts at our table, we started eating and after a few minutes our youngest still didn't have his meal from here. The buzzer never buzzed and we kept waiting for it. My husband waited as long as he could and then went back up to the window where they told him it would be another 10 minutes. He told them to cancel the order at that point because we were all going to be finished with our other meals. We ended up sharing with our son what we had, but he was super disappointed as anyone would be in this situation. With the cost of the space and a busy area, it's a shame this sounds like a pretty common occurrence at this food cart. The reviews for the food aren't any better so we won't be giving a second chance. The customers are there and ready to support, but the poor food and service means this cart won't survive and they'll have to open this spot for a good cart to take its place.

Reliably delicious cheese steaks and good fries. Atmosphere at the Station is great but it can get crowded.
Had the loaded fries and a pastrami. The meat on the fries was too salty. Fries overall were pretty dry and really salty pastrami was too dry too. So sad... was expecting it to be good.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. Many mention the Troutdale location, and I see identical reviews for both locations...like people are writing fake bad reviews for this place because they are out to get them. But their cheese steaks are always delicious, reasonably quick, and decent service (not overly friendly but not unfriendly by any means). Pricing is reasonable and typical with other places around.

Stay away these people do not have their act together at all.A group of 5 of us went to lunch. We couldn’t order separately because they didn’t have enough pagers and apparently just saying our name is too complicated.By the time our 5th guy tried to order they told him they were too backed up and couldn’t take any orders.They then told one of us that his card didn’t charge so they re-ran it. There were two charges on his card immediately and the only person who could deal with it was the cook. So now with no one preparing food he’s still arguing that it didn’t go thru.The other worker is apparently incapable of doing anything but operating the register halfway.They’re also out of ingredients to make their simplest items.Complete failure.Edit - after eating it’s worse. Dry crunchy onion rings are terrible, stay away from those. Ordered a classic Philly and it’s 90% cheese, barely any steak at all.Do yourself a favor and drive out to Steakadelphia on Powell instead.

Terrible service. The guy with Beatles haircut forgot my sides and then told me “I don’t care” when I asked him if he forgot them. I don’t usually make a big deal out of things like this but this person is clearly ruining his or someone’s else’s business. So would steer clear of this place.
