Don't eat here, terrible! The staff were not friendly and the chicken sandwich was a joke. There was a tiny piece of meet inside, what a ripoff for $6.69, the owner should be ashamed. See my picture, it is nothing like the advertised sandwich.

Stopped making food 2 hours before closing. The guy at the register said we only have sandwiches we aren’t serving anything else since we are closing soon. It was 7:00pm and closing time is 9:00.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and I bite into nothing but oil and it was absolutely disgusting. I think they served it immediately after deep frying it and they didn’t let the excess oil drain. The fries were delicious though.

They ran out of sandwiches, yet the app still let me order. Dude said to cancel within the app which wasn't easy. Kid at the register wearing AirPods while taking orders. Polo shirt guy picked up trash off the ground and didn't change his gloves. Generally messy and dirty. Not the first time there's been an issue. The staff always seems generally disengaged, and often different. Clear indicator of a poor management. Wasted my entire lunch break dealing with it.The issued credit that was supposed to be "available immediately," wasn't. Still waiting on customer service on top of it all.

Javen who works at this location is the reason why I am giving five stars. My hope that this gets to management. He was amazing in resolving my issues with ordering online for pickup. Give this young man a RAISE! He deserves it.

I was very pleasantly surprised after eating at this location. While I have had some days where the food was warm or small portioned, I always ask for a redo or more and have not had a problem. I also got some super hot and fresh food other times, so while the consistency is not guarantee, the fact that you can get this resolved without issue is. I also love that you can see most everything that happens in the kitchen, so if you can see that your chicken or fries might not be fresh, you can just ask for a fresh batch and they will do it without problem. They usually are busy so I understand why they prefry chicken and fries, but like I said they are so helpful and accommodating. Overall the staff is friendly and chill, and I like that you can see how busy they are so you don't have to stand there for a long time not knowing how long until your order is done.

We got chicken strips, and shrimp. All were VERY OLD and extremely dry. Horrible! We didn't even eat it! Really disappointing. Definitely won't be going here again!

The Boy helping was to busy talking instead of getting the meal. And the person after us got his meal first. So beware of two young BOYS!!! WORKING. WILL NOT GO BACK THERE IF THEY ARE WORKING!!

Most of the staff is really great, they recognize me as a regular and compliment me often for my style and outfits and we talk as I work in the mall. Food quality is usually pretty consistent, but it was pretty off putting to order something and a girl I never saw before prepared my food - her name is Nevah and proceeded to call my order “weird” loud enough I heard and so did everyone else but it was even more awkward since she followed it up with “who eats a chicken sandwich without pickles and mayo” and just basically aggressively handed me the sandwich before the rest of the order was even bagged. Her coworkers apologized profusely for it, sounded appalled by her behavior and didn’t seem okay with what she said at all considering someone even came from the back and was like “did she just say that? what the f” + The “weird” order in question was just a plain chicken sandwich since other ingredients would irritate my healing piercings a ton.

Worst Spicy Chicken Sandwich Ever!! Service horrible employee was not welcoming at all they avoided tryna make contact with me for more than 5 min with no line or orders! The food was inedible the buns for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was like it's been drowned in a bucket of water, the sauce, the pickles were extremely salty to the point where your body just rejects it because it was all too salty. It was not made with care at all! It's no wonder they had no line for the time being I was there. I am extremely disappointed in this location. I will never ever in my entire life be back at this dreadful place. They should close down this location permanently! They even laughed when they handed me my order and intensely watched me eat it giggling while I couldn't get past 2 bites. Not suitable for consumption.
