The man handed me my bag and read off every item in it, it’s 8:30pm and dark out. I drove home and opened bag, it’s someone else’s order. ? tried to call for refund but just rings and rings.Called again and got manger. She was kind needed me to drive back, I did and she gave me full refund. Appreciated her doing all she could to make it right.

i ordered food and paid for my food and did not receive all i had payed for when i got home and called the location i had spoke with the gentleman that had taken my order he asked if i wanted come back in at that time or come in a different day i dont have a car and walked to the location so i opted to come a different day he gave me his name and told me when i came in to tell them he had talked to me about the situation and it was ok to provide what i paid for and when i went in they refused to make it right so the took my money and did not give me the food i ordered seems to me they are kinda scammers

Ordered the new flat melt. I wanted no chicken and no chipotle sauce. I added rice, potatoes and sour cream. Had to pay extra for those 3 items, just to get home and have bread and shredded cheese. Nothing that I ordered. Also, the girl taking the order and at the window was unfriendly.
