Based on the negative reviews I didn’t eat here. Kind of a bummer because I’m parked here for about a day and a half and I need to find something halfway decent. But this is to let management know that these reviews make a difference. If you have a bunch of negative reviews, you better take a look at what’s going on and make some changes. I don’t know how companies survive this kind of thing. This post pandemic world ain’t great sometimes.

After sing ads for the new cut Valley sandwich. I thought I would give it a try, The person who took my order seemed to really not want to be there. No smile very little interaction. I took the sandwich and fries to my truck To eat the fries were cold and the sandwich was horrific. I'm not sure how to describe it, but practically inadequate. The fish seemed to not be cooked all the way through and the bun was soggy. I have eaten here before and gotten a Burger that was fine. But the fries always seemed to be an issue. Probably won't be here again even though I come through about once a week.

We wary. These people will steal your money from your account, not give you your food, and then Rosa, the general manager, will just kinda shrug and tell you to pound sand. Save yourself time and grief and skip to the next spot.

Under new management. Service and food has improved drastically. A little pricey for fast food but worth it

Javier at A&W is truly exceptional! His commitment to providing outstanding customer service is evident in every interaction. With a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to assist, Javier creates a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction make him a standout member of the A&W team. Javier's positive attitude and excellent service undoubtedly contribute to making A&W a fantastic place to enjoy delicious food with top-notch service.
The service here is very subpar and the food is priced way above what’s standard for A&W. My freeze was ok. It’s the service, or the lack thereof, that gets one star. First it’s pay at the kiosk. The women will not help you if you go up to the counter. Mind you, all I ordered was a freeze. After ordering, I stood watching 4 women in the kitchen, one actively making food for a drive through customer, the other three just standing around. After ten minutes one of the women who was standing around looks at me waiting, rolls her eyes and starts on my freeze. When I go to hand her the number that they have for the self serve kiosk, she states “you need to put that back there.” So I left it on a table. You want to give attitude, you can get out from behind that counter, chatting and doing absolutely nothing and come get it. Verdict: over priced food and horrible employees except the one who was actually making food. She didn’t talk to the others for the most part. Probably because she was working like she was getting paid to do unlike the other lazy stragglers in the kitchen.

The Root Beer shake and onion rings were a good snack on our way down the freeway. The place could've been more tidy, but it was just before closing so maybe they were waiting. A smile (even a fake one for customer service) from the cashier should always be standard.
Literally took 10 minutes for 2 chicken sliders. I don't understand it with barely anyone there. And it cost $9! I haven't been here in a long time, any A&W.... and won't be anytime soon.
I was the third car in line and it took 30 minutes to get my food. My cheese curds were cold.

Hours both online and on their door say they close at 10 but employees said they closed early at 9. Change your posted hours then and stop lying to your potential customers.

No Mama or teen burgers anymore and they didn't have the freshly made A&W root beer in the ceramic jug. The Papa burger and fries were good and the fountain A&W in the frosted mug was good too.
