“Very good Mexican food! They take their time to make sure it's prefect though which means there's around a 10 to 20 min. Wait depending on what you order but it's well worth the wait. They give you a buzzer to let you know when it's ready and it's styled like an old burger joint so you can park your car on the side and just chill til your order's ready. “It was Easter and I wanted to go to one of my go to places in Hermiston but they were closed. I came across this place on Google, their prices seemed decent, and they were open. Upon entering we were greeted and ordered enchiladas and sopes togo. It took about 10 mins. for our order to be ready, which was great. Let me tell you, I LOVED everything we ordered. Fresh, affordable, and good portions for the price. They also have a temp controlled covered cart with bomb sauce and fixings. I want to go back tomorrow for the shredded beef rojo enchiladas. My new favorite??“
“I was in town for work and stayed with my brother. They recommended this place to try and the food was amazing! Most delicious and authentic Mexican food. Out of all the tongue I've had, they have the best tongue by far. 10/10 would recommend“
“Ordered some late lunch from here today got a Carne asada burrito with all the works and Carne asada taco combo that comes with rice and beans. Food was very good, the burritos are huge and well worth it and the tacos were super tasty. Would definitely recommend trying if you haven't yet.“

It's authentic cuisine.There is no indoor seating but there is covered outdoor seating and rv and semi truck parking. Service is quick.Don't pass this place by if your traveling through it's on the main drag towards the outskirts of the town.“

Jamaica was the perfect strength and sweetness. The tortillas, well I’m still dreaming about them… and the salsa roja doesn’t play around. I just wish Hermiston was closer to home!!“
“Absolute favorite place for Mexican food. Everything I've tried has tasted wonderful and authentic. We moved to the Portland area recently and still make plans to eat here every time we visit family, joking that we're really only coming back to Hermiston for the Gorditas and tacos. We've tried many restaurants, food trucks etc in our area and nothing compares. Service can be slow sometimes because of the high school kids who flock there after class, but it is worth it. I would recommend calling in your order ahead of time if you prefer a speedy pick up during school hours. Highly recommend!“
“Party of 6 here! We came in last night (Saturday) and they greeted us right as we walked in, they sat us right away all with a smile. - great greeting. Our server was great! Our server was prompt and so friendly. Even joked around with us as we were kind of a social table. Our drinks came out right away Our food came out right away, hot and delicious! We are all from out of town, here for a rodeo so with that service, atmosphere and good food, we will be back again.“

And most of the time it is packed.I usually order the burro adobado. So much flavor and great quantity. Most of the time it ends up lasting and I eat half when I get home and then in the morning I eat the rest for breakfast.Lots of flavor. Lots of choices. I will not recommend anything because it all depends on your taste buds that day. Roll the dice and pick something.Honestly, the only mistake you can make is not trying anything. You will miss out. During the summer the cool drinks are worth trying.Just remember to be safe entering and exiting the facility.“
