Had a takeout order through doordash it was supposed to be ready on arrival. Let the employee know the name on the order and she said be right there. Then neglected myself and my order and after over 15 minutes they finally asked me again who the order was for and started it and it was another 10+ minutes before it was ready.

Tried to order off the overy expensive doordash and they canceled the order. It's bad enough you have to pay a 30% upcharge to order doordash. If you don't want to make the food then close your store on the website earlier then you close. It's not that hard. I won't order or eat here again.

Really curious how a restaurant that’s open til 9:30 at night can run out of items and not bother making more knowing they are open for 2 1/2 more hours ? Asked and was told they were “out” and they didn’t offer to make any more . People behind the counter seemed more interested in socializing with their coworkers instead of making sure the food looked appetizing.Definitely not impressed with this location.

Panda is my chicken soup. When I am not feeling well it is what I crave. This Panda made me feel worse. Sent a relative with a very detailed order when they got back the orange chicken was too sausy the broccoli beef was more broccoli then beef and they barely bothered to break the florets down (they were the size of my palm). In addition, I asked for Sweet and sour sause, I got Mandarin which I can't eat. Doesn't matter either way as the rice I wanted to put it on was cold.

Absolute poor leadership. They were out of 5 entrees. And greens, which I can’t just eat rice or noodles. It was a 15 minute wait. Why? It’s fast food, it’s your goal to at least be on top of it. I manage people, I’d be embarrassed, they should be embarrassed.Offer an alternative, a discount, a substitution. But not, “we can’t help you.”Nice new building, but poorly run.

After ordering online got 2 plates with hairs went back to get new ones was very nasty can’t they wear hair nets cause all of them were open hair was so nasty… USE HAIR NETTSSSSSS after I still had to wait for my order and manger had a bad way of
