Me and my wife ordered a pizza it was a slow time they messed up on our pizza and gave us the messed up one said the pizza would be free for the mess up they still charged us for the pizza all around wasn't a good experience the pizza tasted bad then they gave us the wrong replacement pizza as well another mess up yet again no excuse for that many mistakes will not eat at another pizza hut after this experience

Some of the nicest employees in the world! I worked here for a little while and it was pretty fun! The employees are really awesome to work with and I think that the food is just perfect for a pizza place and the atmosphere of course is scientifically 100% accurate Pizza Hut style!

Haven’t been to a dine-in Hut in over a decade; and me and my dude were feeling nostalgic. I was disappointed that they don’t have those old school red cups, but even more disappointed that don’t have fountain drinks or even ice for the bottled drinks they sell. But the place was clean, quiet, and our server was super friendly and patient with us and our indecision. We ordered garlic cheese sticks and a pizza and our server made sure we got the deal they were running to save us a couple bucks. I made sure to slide those savings her way when the check came.Thanks Pizza Hut Hermiston! ❤️?
I love the pizza at this place, their customer service sucks I couldn't see the lady's name but this is already the third time I've been served by her over the counter and she doesn't have a good way to talk to you, I understand she might be frustrated because of her work shift (dinner time).We the customers are not to blame that they can't meet the time the online ordering gives, my order said it would be delivered at 6 and I get to window and this woman treated me like I was dumb and didn't understand that my order wouldn't be ready until 6:40 please update your website if you can't handle it..... I am a business owner and would never allow an employee to treat my customers like this!This happened today 01/20/2024 at about 6 pm.

I love dining in. I do miss the buffet on weekdays. Also, the Spicy Lover's Pizza is missed. Customer Service is great. I like the fact that Pizza Hut gives points. Free pizza is the best pizza.
