Ordered food for delivery and wouldn’t you know it, they forget something like most fast food restaurants always forget something. The food taste horrible do not get the shrimp.

If I could give 0s this place is absolutely deserving of them. In the drive thru for over 15 minutes waiting at the window for my order before anybody acknowledged me. When someone finally did they gave no explanation then had me pull around front to wait for my order which took another 15 minutes and they still messed the order up. Worst place I've ever visited 1st time amd never again. This place won't last.

One. They take forever. Two they always get my order wrong or with an item missing. So always check your bag before leaving window. Today they left out a mango lemonade drink. If I wasn't on lunch I'd go back for it. But I didn't realize til I left and to go back and wait for a drink it wasn't worth it. 3- got the flounder sandwich. I liked the crisp and flavor to it. Only thing that made me not give a 0 review if I could. Today's just another loss with this hermiston establishment.

DELICIOUS! Really enjoyed their new butterfly shrimp, also received great service! Understand it's still pretty new so not bothered by the wait times for some delicious Cajun food, definitely coming back.

Ordered one item on the menu. An 8pc box meal. Went home just to see that they didn't add any biscuits in the bag. Got charged for 4 biscuits but got none. How can you mess up that badly when I was the only car in line at the drive thru?

The wait time was extremely long and the service pretty poor overall. They also appear to have an issue keeping food in stock or ready as I have been denied service due to lack of chicken several times. This was my first attempt at going to a popeyes and all three times were bad experiences. I personally will not be recommending this place to anyone and cannot wait for KFC to comeback to Hermiston.

It's definitely not fast food. You can expect to be in line for an hour. The food is overpriced for what it is.
Well, the food is okay and that’s about it. First time eating in the lobby and had to wait about 15 minutes because Door Dash is priority. The employees are not happy at all, they are so distracted , one girl looks down and mumbles when she talks, and they’re in the back rubbing their head and then touching the food (didn’t see any gloves). The lobby had about four DoorDash drivers and not a single meal was ready. I don’t even know how they make the excuse of not having enough employees. I counted at least 7 (a few who kept walking in and out, not sure if they were off the clock or just enjoy being there) but I cannot figure out how that many people cannot keep up with orders. The drive thru wasn’t even backed up. Can’t say I’ll be back, unfortunately. One male employee was so unkempt and looked as if he had rolled out of bed, only reason he caught our attention was because he kept shouting to one of his friends, who kept popping in and out of the restaurant, telling him that he didn’t “care how long it was taking” Huh? You’re on the clock, why aren’t you cleaning the restaurant or making food?

I went in and ordered my food to go. Unbelievably slow service. The shift manager was yelling at the employees route customers. It was over an hour wait for a chicken sandwich to go. Every person in the lobby was complaining.
