Ordered a Fench dip sub through Door Dash today and when it showed up it looked amazing but when I tried to eat it it was SUPER spicy. I called and they went out of their way to make it right. I couldn't have asked for better service. The new sub was perfect!

Wow if this place remains open much longer I will be surprised! I'm not sure how this place has gone down so fast this Summer but it sure has & we kept going here all through the pandemic! My family hops in the car at least once a month to this Quiznos but unfortunately I think it's going to be the very LAST TIME! For starters, on Saturday September 09 2023 we walked in on a 90 degree afternoon and no air conditioning again. Then all of their pendant lights over the counter were burnt out or broken which made for a dark & dingy atmosphere. Next they were out of steak! That's a lot of subs they can't make! Then they had no chips except Jalapeño or Salsa flavors. Little kids don't typically like those kind. Their soda machine was broke so nothing to drink! Their pickle and pepper bar was totally empty, just like the previous month! No more milkshakes or desserts! And the girl with the glasses ( didn't catch her name) cannot count back change from a twenty dollar bill? She also forgot the mushrooms on the Carbonara sub then stared stupidly at me when she asked " oh, you still want them?" Well yes I do!! Last month they forgot the Alfredo sauce! By the way, we were the only people in the entire place. It wasn't as if they were super busy. If we want a Quizno sub we have been forced to come here since the one in Pendleton closed but I guess now we'll have to drive up to Yakima. There's no way this place will be open this time next year and that's truly SAD!

Our sandwiches were amazing and deserve all the glory, It was the inexperienced, snotty and lazy employees we had to deal with that dropped my review to what honestly should have been a 2 but I'm being generous. If I had been the manager of that store I would have either hired someone older than 30 to teach the younger employees some customer service skills. Not only was our server to busy talking to the other employee about something completely not work related but I had to repeat myself multiple times only for her to get snotty at me for patiently waiting til she was done with her convos to continue so I didn't have to repeat myself again. Then I had to ask for napkins only to be pointed in the direction of the opposite side of the store where the soda machine was and told "they're over there".If I had been the customer service employee I would have gone over gotten my customer the napkins since they weren't busy at all we were the only customers in the store. I felt more like a burden to their chat session than a welcomed paying customer.
On 7/10/23 I ate here for lunch. I do not know the names of the young man and young lady working, but they were great - pleasant and very nice. Everything was very clean too. GOOD JOB KIDS!!!

This location hires young high school aged girls and works them to death then expects them to work around ovens in the middle of summer with no air conditioning. This is not only unpleasant for the employees but also for any customer who decides to dine in. Management here seems to be selfish, inconsiderate and unprofessional. It seems like the owner has lost any passion there once was for her business. I can not get ahold of anyone at the corporate office, have called several times and there is NEVER a manager around. Even with deplorable work conditions these young girls still manage to pull off a good sandwich!
Food looked good. Stood in the order area for 10 minutes sweltering with no air conditioning. Never even an apology for that. They were out of steak. So I couldn't get the sandwich I wanted. No substitutes offered. Then i asked for extra honey mustard which she promptly charged me 50-cents each and then couldn't accept any bills over $20's. So I left. And two huge a** sandwiches sit and wait.

Music was so loud I could not hear the server. Ordered a sandwich but no luck. They are out of ham. Ordered a softdrink to go with the sandwich I didn't want. But they are out of lids. Then I went to the pickle/pepper bar to put some on the sandwich I didn't want. There were no pickles nor peppers. My wife went to get a soda, in the cup with no lid, and got a cup full of foam. Then we went to sit down. We had to sit at the least dirty table. Disgusting!

Went to Quiznos yesterday. They had no guacamole, no mushrooms, only one kind of soup, and only 2 kinds of chips. They said freight was coming in on Thursday. Let me say that I like Quiznos and their menu but needless to say I WILL NOT be coming back until you can go in there and be able to order everything on the menu nor will those that were with me yesterday come back. It’s really a shame because it is well liked in our area but not Under the current running of this place.

Traveling stopped off for lunch. Soup and salad, huge salad heaping... good brocoli and cheese soup or chicken noodles a friend said the noodles were under cooked a little hard. FRIENDLY
