Didn’t get to order because although the store open sign was lit, they were not open. The employee who was got pretty salty when, in a joking manner, I pointed out that the open sign was lit already. He claimed that he always turns on the sign as soon as he arrives at work. Took offense when I suggested that might not be such a good idea. Dude, I’m hangry! Don’t dangle a treat in front of me and yank it away like that! 2 stars just because I live their breakfast sandwiches with chipotle sauce.

placed a mobile order and apparently the store was out of chipotle (which both subs were supposed to have) and the workers failed to mention anything to us and let us get all the way home just to see we got skimped.. lets just say as a pregnant woman it made me very upset because the chipotle throws it all together lol. called to figure out the situation but no one ever likes to answer the phone, took 5 tries and they were not at all busy. lady said sorry and that they couldn’t exchange for points towards account or anything. all in all if i’m going to spend an arm and a leg on a sandwich i would like to be told if some components are going to be missing from it; coming from a fast food worker, its common courtesy.

I ordered a sandwich ahead of time because my work schedule was tight and I wanted to have time to eat. The order was brought out quickly when I arrived, but after I arrived at my destination and took the sandwich out, I was appalled. A veggie should have veggies on it - not this measly spattering of side items. The food was sparse and missing half my requests. The bread had been SQUISHED. When I called to request a fix, I was only given options requiring that I return to the restaurant. They remade it and it looks fabulous - but now I have no time to consume it because I spent my lunch break getting it fixed. Poor policies Subway!

Used the App. After 20 minutes the app said it was ready. After walking in door and asking for them is they even started making them. Had to wait another 8 minutes. Then they added onions when they were not suppose to. This is the second time I've had issues with order here.

Food was decent but the staff at the time sucked, good place to eat but only if it's not a bunch of slackers!Vegetarian options: They make it as you like and only put what you want on your sub!Parking: It's a lil strip mall so always plenty of parking !Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps on both sides so easily accessible for everyone!

Its hard in Subway, because its such a family friendly to tell how the people really are. But I think the people in there were ok. Theees been word of inichiations going on that day. Everyone was friendly enough.Vegetarian options: My son is going veg. This year and says there just fine.Kid-friendliness: Good kid sizes and choices.Parking: Plenty.Wheelchair accessibility: Good, could be one door a little wider.Dietary restrictions: Toasted or not is good.

Tuna was expired, "Thanksgiving" screwed them up we were told. Ordered a different sandwich, and the roast beef was expired. Luckily our guy helping us was smart enough to discover this. Those items should have NEVER been put on the line. I feel for the staff right now. Those kids are just trying to do their job. Whomever is managing this Subway really needs to get their freshness of products under control.

after waiting 20 minutes, two people out front working and two in the back doing absolutely nothing, employee grabs ticket for five sandwiches and tells me to be patient, I asked if they could have somebody from the back come help, and he said please be patient I will never eat there again!

Don't know how the food is here...the workers were too busy standing around the corner gossiping to serve us. I tried to get their attention but was ignored so my family and I left.

Went to order a sandwich to go before closing and doors were locked with customers inside. Employee saw me outside pulling on door and would not open. Very disappointed.

I haven't always had the greatest experiences at subway but I went into this one to get a quick sandwich it had a pretty long line because I went right at the lunch hour. But the young employees were super fast and kind so way to go. The food was good always a great place to get a descent sandwich. Thanks for training your employees to make others want to come back!
