This Taco Bell actually makes me sad that I don’t live in Hermiston, the employees are nice & welcoming & the food is even better and the portions actually seem correct. One thing I’m always hectic about is people not caring about the quality of their deliveries after having seen how they prep it for a drive thru but I ordered from this location on DoorDash and it was amazing everything was packaged as it should have been. ✨

The person that took my order was nice. The person that delivered the food to the counter not so much. She called out my name ans said "door dash for DeAnna" mind you I work security and was wearing my uniform. In no way was I there for doordash. So my friend and coworker yells out she ain't door dash. The taco bell worker kept on working, not a bye, sorry or any kind of acknowledgement of any kind. I know people often get busy as I work in customer service at A convenient store, but that was a little over the top. Food was good, Resteraunt was clean. I give it a good 3 ans 4 stars because service could have been better. One visit in over a year possibly 2....taco bell used to be a favorite. Not so much anymore.

They suck we went in and they would not take are order at the counter so we used kiosk and placed are order and when are was ready they were out of some of the stuff we ordered but if we would went through drive thru we would have got better service when I was doing door dash they sucked then and still do or saying is if you aren't drive thru you are not getting it in a timely matter of good service P. S. They suck they should shutdown

Second time in a week I have gotten food from this location. Upcharge for "supreme" items and both times I received the basic, without the supreme added in. Why am I paying extra if you aren't going to put it in and make it right?

My experience was terrible on 11/18. I had a large Mobile order ($42.29 to be exact), I gave the crew plenty of time to prepare it, went to pick it up, it looked “ok”, without me unwrapping everything in-store-- I thought I had everything I ordered. Wrong! I got home and I was appalled at the condition of everything I ordered. The Beefy 5-Layer Burritos (2) were missing most of the 5 ingredients, No Chicken in the Chicken Quesadillas, the (7) bean & cheese burritos were severely underfilled. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Ranch Burrito, didn’t even put it in the bag! I drove back down to TB and informed the counter attendant, they began making it right away, I wanted to order 2 add'l Crunchy Tacos & was directed to the KIOSK to place my order! WHAT NOW!? I saw six crew members working on orders, two at the POS stations and four making the orders. Overall I am highly dissatisfied and will not be back to this Taco Bell for many months, till they get their act together. I have informed the entire group I bought the food for, of my experience that night too.

I wish I could give negative stars.. I'm really getting tired of coming thru drive thru and not getting what I ordered. I ordered 3 burrito Supremes, 1 nacho taco supreme, and a Pepsi.. my nacho taco supreme was only a nacho taco, so I paid for the supreme, but didn't get a supreme and none of my burrito Supremes had lettuce.. I mean thats crazy its like $5 each for those burrito Supremes . I paid almost $24 for my bill. I tried calling repeatedly over the last hour because I live in Irrigon.... And I didn't find out till I got home... but nobody will answer the phone.. called repeatedly!!Update. I attempted to call them for almost 3 hrs all I got was ringing at it kept sounding like it would go to fax after that. Shame on them. Im done with this Taco bell! U guys need to get your things together because you're running a business like its your own personal clubhouse. I'm done if u guys are incapable of making what is ordered and then you do not answer the phone and ignore responsibility! What you are doing is stealing from your customers when they order something and do not get what they ordered. I will not be going back to this taco bell!!Update; went bk today and thought Ill give them 1 more chance ordered all my food and told the girl at the window what happened asked her to turn mine into a supreme as compensation, for the previous order but she was rude instead, disrespectful, and she said I should have drove 15 miles back 1 way the same day to fix it. I told her I called over several hrs and she said they were busy and can't answer the phone but I should've called or spent more time to drive bk within 2 days to talk to them. I do not live in Hermiston so I come to Hermiston when I come.. What is wrong with this place. Nasty mean disrespectful staff.. and they never get your order right. Do not go!!
