I never leave reviews but our food was pretty bad. We came from out of town for the weekend to attend a wedding and found this place for dinner for our first night. My husband got a burger that he said wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. I got a cold sub and it was the worst sub I had ever had. The lettuce was not fresh by any means and was discolored and slimy. The mayonnaise had a funky off taste. If we had dined in I would’ve ask for it to be redone with fresh ingredients or my money back because I couldn’t eat it but unfortunately we did take out and didn’t realize the quality until we got back to our hotel. Overall we were pretty disappointed.

1st time coming in USA Subs in Hermiston. We used to have one in pendleton oregon years ago one of my most favorite places to eat. I was not disappointed in the food and service. It was just liked I remember. I will definitely be coming back even if I have to drive the 25 miles there to get a sandwich ❤️❤️ well worth the drive. Please bring one back to pendleton!!!

On a very busy Saturday afternoon, all the beverage machines went down and Vicky and her team were still kicking butt, getting orders out fast, and making some delicious sandwiches and fries!
The hot subs are awesome! But sometimes you just want a cold cut sandwich. Do not get it here. No matter what ingredients you have put on the sandwich there is still absolutely zero flavor. It makes no sense and it has been like this for years. Their cold subs taste like a plain piece of wonder bread.
