My mother picked up lunch Saturday, 02/10/2024 at 11:23 for herself, my sister and me. They say their baja ensalada's, one with shrimp and one with Imp seemed to be all correctly made. My order of Shrimp Chili Lime Salad had no chili lime dressing on or on the side and no jicama. The main reason I like the salad is the jicama. They really blew it on my order.Parking: I have nothing to say

Sigh it's been 13 years since I last ordered a burrito from a Baja Fresh in lake Oswego/ Tualitin valley shop because of unbelievably rude and disrespectful customer disservice only to end up the same situation in Hillsboro. I decided to try the Baja Caesar burrito as touted a local favorite but after a 40 minute wait my single item order it was missing 3 main ingredients. They skipped the fresh sliced avocado, they forgot the tortilla chips strips and the cheese both counts were absent. I was so hungry after waiting so long I kept thinking it's just bunched up until halfway through with none of those ingredients. I turned it upside down again thinking they'd never forget the main ingredients so badly but none of those missing ingredients in any fraction appeared. The chicken was supposed to be grilled and the lettuce was chunk after chunk the hard stem leftovers I don't even put in a salad let alone a main dish item. They did leave out the pico and chipotle ranch as asked at least and added the rice showing that plus exactly right on my receipt. So this is definitely a back of house error but as happened the first time my meal was ruined and left holding the bill.

The posted hours said the restaurant was open until 10pm on Friday, but the doors were locked at 9:14pm, even though there were people inside. Edit: After I came to the door, they turned the lights off.

We ordered a pickup order from this location last night. NOT HAPPY about it, although is is pretty common with almost all fast food places. With our entries we ordered six (s) additions of salsa. I think we paid for them as well. We get the bag home and start to pass out the meals and guess how many salsas we got! ZERO! Nothing in the bag. Infuriating!
