Came in with some friends. Mercedes was our waitress. I asked some questions and she quite frankly laughed at me. I wasn't being sarcastic. She brought food and drinks as expected. Once the initial delivery was done, we didn't see her much.What bothered me is some other people were cashing out, I wasn't ready to, but she brought all our bills anyway and expected payment. She never asked if I was done. No I wasn't. Her attitude was reflected in the tip. A few others at my table also commented her service wasn't very good.Will I come back? Maybe eventually, but I will make sure she is not my waitress again.

Well my 42 year joy in BJ Brewhouse has ended. I've either been there or picked up pizza 5 times so far this year. 3 of the pizzas did not have topings I paid for. Last time the Spageheti and meatball was so bad I sent it back, Then recieved a fair Chicken Alfredo. Today we were ignored after being seated, I asked for a manager to relay my concerns who seemed willing to help. Sorry guys, too little to late. I can nolonger recommend this place in Hillsboro Oregon.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accesable and accommodating. Table space good. Men's room accessable.

Wow where to start. We ordered delivery, took about an hour and on inspection we quickly discovered of the three of the main courses two were missing, as was one starter.We had to re order and an hour later the food arrives. On opening my cheese burger with cheddar and no pickles we find it doesn’t have cheddar and it has plenty of pickles. As the company thinks this is a “minor” issue they won’t replace my food. So here I am two hours in making myself a chicken sandwich. After that mess we were looking forward to our Pizookie with ice cream and caramel sauce. Sadly no ice cream or sauce.We could have saved time, stress and money by just cooking. This is by far the worst food service I’ve ever received.

We always sit in the bar when we come here for lunch or dinner because you will never beat the kindness and service that Moprovides. While service is generally good here , Mo always goes above and beyond, it doesn't matter how busy she is. She is the reason we keep coming back. Thanks Mo!!!!
