By far the best coffee I’ve ever had. I must of had 25 cups in the two weeks while I was in town. As the saying goes “it’s so good you’ll slap your mama”, so I did, didn’t hold back (oops)…. God rest her soul, she’ll be missed, but I did get 3 bags to take home in remembrance of her.But seriously, the company is just as good as the coffee and will stop by anytime I’m in town to see them and enjoy a nice latte.

I can’t say enough about Tim and how welcoming and friendly he is. I would say just going in to talk and have a friendly face makes it worth the trip, but the coffee is so dang good, even if the customer service was lacking I would still go back. A+ customer service with A+++ fantastic coffee, what more could you ask for?

We moved to the area a few months ago and have been enjoying trying various local coffees. We met Tim from Blind at a coffee event and have been using his coffee almost exclusively since. Wonderful medium roasts across the spectrum from fruity to chocolate. Great service and a great character.

Fantastic coffee, great CS. I stopped in yesterday for a shot of a Guatemalan Gesha, yes you read that right. They were serving shots of an absolute bomb of a Guatemalan Gesha! I dabble in roasting my own beans at home and Tim was not only excited to talk about it with me and give me some advice. But was also willing to share information and offered to help any way he could.

Support your local roasters! Currently on my 4th bag and I don't plan to go anywhere else. Not only are the beans 5/5 but the service is impeccable. Tim, the owner goes out of his way to get to know his customers and delivers locally. I find that his price is more than fair for the amount you get + no delivery fees. Every time I find a favorite blend I try another one and it becomes another favorite. My at-home coffee setup is in great hands because of Blind Coffee Roasters :)

I shared a market with the Blind Coffee Roaster this weekend. Yes, the coffee isn't cheap, but I tried a “can” of the ER’s Favorite over ice. Amazing! The flavor is wonderful, balanced and deeply enjoyable. Try it, you will like it.

My husband and I are always on the lookout for new coffee roasters and came cross Blind Coffee roasters. The ordering process on the website was simple and streamlined and our order arrived quickly. We got a bag each of Black Honey and the Primal Scream blend. My personal favorite was Black Honey. Would definitely try more coffee beans from here!

My wife and I first discovered this wonderful coffee at a local farmers market in Fairview. Co-owner Tim was working the booth, and we were impressed by his extensive knowledge and genuine passion. We asked which roast would be best for homemade espresso drinks (latte, mocha, americano) and eventually chose Black Honey due to the incredible aroma. Miraculously, the flavor exceeded the fragrance. I only give this review 5/5 instead of 6/5, because now my wife would rather go without coffee in the morning unless it's made with Black Honey. Luckily, you can order from their online store to ensure you never run out! In all seriousness, this is hands down the best coffee I've ever smelled, tasted, or bought.

I found this company recently because I was looking for local bean roasters to support. I perused the options and ordered myself a bag of Unicorns & Rainbows at 3 PM on Sunday, not expecting it to be delivered for at least a couple of days. Not but two or so hours later I received a call from one of the co-owners, Tim, telling me that my bag of beans was at my front door. He had gone out of his way to personally deliver the bag and even stayed for a moment to chat with me about the business and give me some tips about what to order next.Now that I've been able to try the coffee, I can say that it tastes even better than it smells. And I can confirm that it is both peanut buttery and fruity, much like the website suggests. I would highly recommend that anyone order their beans from here, just based on the genuine interaction I had with Tim. The quality of the coffee is just a cherry on top.
