We're so glad we found this gem in Hillsboro! Every time we come to Oregon whether or not we're just passing through or vacationing around town, this is one of our destination spot for tasty authentic Filipino food -- Ilocano style! So you're aware, there aren't any tables in this establishment and is only for takeout. We've pretty much tried all their dish offerings at this point as well as some of their desserts, such as halo-halo, and none of them disappoint! If I had to highlight one particular dish, it would be the pinapaitan! This is not a dish for everyone due to the innards and its unique flavor from the bile, which adds a bitter taste to the broth, but it's so so so delicious! This is the authentic flavors that I crave and can't get enough of in a pinapaitan dish.We always order this dish if it's being offered without any hesitation. There's nothing like some mouth-watering home cooking! Shout out to the Manangs and Manong in the kitchen, cooking up all these delicious Filipino food! Thank you!

The lady that serves food doesn't smile at all. The food is mediocre. The boba drinks taste so artificial. They charged $7 each, not worth it.

I've tried almost all of their dishes which rotate, and every single one has been enjoyable. As someone who grew up eating a lot of Filipino food it all tastes very familiar. The portions are large for the price as well. Friendly staff are happy to give recommendations if you have trouble choosing or are unfamiliar with the food. Very grateful to have this gem in the neighborhood!
Take out today, Not sure what happened to the soup I got today, it was not sinigang which what I got the last time I was here and was good, no complaint on that one. This time I got some kind of soup but all I got was a bunch of cabbage, lots of broth, litirally 1 piece of carrot, and 3 big bones with no meat but just skin fat- I felt I was better off buying McDonald’s. So I throw it away and waste of my money. Also when I tried your halo halo, it was not what I thought it would be, I’m sorry the last halo halo I got was in California and that was just perfect! What you guys made was a whole lot of shave ice, there weren’t any of those tropical fruits that usually goes on there. The only thing that was good was the taro ice cream which was about a spoonful of it, not enough. I guess I expected more/better. There is another Filipino restaurant in Bethany which you have to order then they make it but that was by far the better. I’m sorry but my experience with your food is not the best. So I probably won’t come here again.

Worst service I have ever received. I went in to order bubble teas. And they started making the wrong drink so I clarified that I wanted a blended bubble tea not a milk tea. The lady was rude about it saying “girl you’re confusing.” when I asked if I could please get the tapioca added (that I had initially ordered ) She said I hadn’t ordered it with an attitude. I decided not to keep the drinks because she was so rude to me and I tried telling her nicely that I didn’t like the service and she just kept interrupting me and telling my to throw the drinks in the trash. I will never return here again!!
