This Carl's Junior is a great place to get a midnight Snack. Service was Great The place was nice and clean. They do have a drive-through here. It's mostly used as a drive-through place. Not a lot of people dine inside. Would recommend coming here.Parking: There's plenty of parking in the parking lot right in front of the Carl's junior.Kid-friendliness: Super good friendly, there is a kid's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Super wheelchair accessible. Lobby is randomly closed during middle of the day 95% of the time. If you order online your food will be stone cold by the time you get through the 20-car drive-thru line. On the app it tells you to "skip the line and go straight to pickup counter." This is impossible, since they don't actually ever have the lobby open. Total false advertising. If you order online, the only way to actually get what you paid for is to check the temperature of everything in the bag before pulling off and have them remake everything that is stone cold and/or soggy due to them falsely advertising themselves as a business where you can order online and pickup in-store

Terrible customer service!!! Went here and I asked to dine in, cashier gave me my number and I sat down. Then another guy with glasses and a mustache started yelling to-go orders and said "no one is gonna get their food then" I didn't pay attention because I didn't ask for to go. Then I go up there because he started naming what the to-go orders was and I said that's mine but I asked for dine in. Then he said "well I have yours to go." I was like okay?... then I grabbed it and opened it and didn't even eat it, went back and said "I don't believe this is my order" then he goes "well I can't you tell you what the burger is since you opened it" which doesn't make sense. I told him what my order was and he gave me an attitude and said "which one?! We have a few options, do you not know what you ordered?" Unbelievable, not sure if he was having a bad day or just doesn't give a f*ck but he needs to be coached on how to talk to customers or be fired. Will not be going back to this location.
Served me an uncooked burger, made my partner very ill, and refused to give me a refund or compensate me in any way. Do not eat here
