They defraud delivery drivers by marking orders as "ready" before they've even been prepared. This makes it look like drivers are just sitting around with customer food. These guys are straight liars and scammers.

I been in almost all Chipotle restaurants around Portland and Hillsboro but I never been disappointed like this restaurant location, the portions of the food is way less than any other location and their customer service is very poor , they way they talk to their customer and how they treat you

Absolutely love this place! The staff here are amazing and always have a pleasant demeanor, props to the hiring manager! Quality food for a fair price.Only reason not 5/5, portion sizes seem to be shrinking requiring me to ask for additional staples (rices, beans, pico, etc.), probably a chain of command directive so I don't put it on the customer facing employees. Never order online, you will get skimped.

No start for the Owner of this place.because not just disrespecting you as a customer they are a Daytime robbery.What that means they are stilling from your food that you already paid for.My friend and I went there several time every single time you go they will take a portion from your plate or whatever you ordering.And I couldn’t handle it anymore. I start asking the guy with the AirPod on. Do you think that was the right amount? Always delicious. Feels like Chipotle is the only place left where you can get a decent amount of food made with good ingredients without spending a fortune. I buy from this location through their app all of the time, and it's consistently amazing. Nothing like a post- workout burrito!
Said pick up time was 840 but wasn't ready for another hour. Workers are slow.

What a joke. Ordered online and waited over an hour in the restaurant for my food and still didn't get it. Was told 10 minutes and then 20 minutes later told 20 minutes. How long does it take to make a burrito bowl. Absolutely ridiculous.
