4/14 @ 10pm—Whoever is the district manager for chipotle needs to look into whoever is running this one. HORRIBLE customer service. I waited 30 minutes for my online order just for someone to tell me they couldn’t make my quesadilla or burrito BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO TORTILLAS and this is only because I asked where my order was after standing there repeatedly asking whoever was close by where my order was. Clearly no one knows what they are doing, lack of leadership. Out of veggies, queso and black beans as well.Please look at cameras to see how your customers are being helped.Only one person was working the front line while like 4-5 others were in the back giggling the whole time. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired. This place looked disgusting and not what it was years ago. Do not waste your money here. Go across the steet to qdoba where their dining area isn’t filthy

Small portions, generally unfriendly, refused to give normal portions when we asked . Line was 3 people long and took 17 minutes with only 1 worker staffed to complete orders even though we saw 4 others walking around. Out of rice and veggies.

The elderly man that works here, who appears to be in his 50s and has a white scruff on his face, is really unkind and doesn't seem to hear what the client has to say. Had terrible customer service from him today.

My kids all got stomach aches after eating there today 4/12/24.Three kids all within hours of each other and nothing else eaten after Chipotle, is not a coincidence. I should known better than to eat at this location after seeing the bathrooms. They were all very dirty and none had toilet paper.The trash bins inside the restaurant were piled up. To top it off, the only one who had some sort of good customer service was the lady at the register.After seeing these other reviews I was reminded that this location was the same one shut down after an E-coli outbreak a few years back. I hope my kids and grandkid don’t have food poisoning as many others on here posted.

weak ahh portions, fire everyone and hire me. why are we acting like rice isn’t the cheapest food in the planet. i could’ve ate 3 of these scarce ahh bowls. but when it comes to beans y’all wanna max me out like i’m having a fart competition. Qdoba would never do this ts lame y’all got me lickin my spoon for the last grain of rice cuz im starving. and no point in the big spoon for scooping meat if we js do half of it anyway. i’ll never be back yall actin like the food come out ur paycheck

Gross!!! Most disgusting restaurant! The lack of cleaning in the service area with more food on the floor and countertops than in the pans is horrible. Health department needs to do a fly by and check them out.

Wow this chipotle used to be my favorite I’ve been going here for years and now the service became horrible.Got a veggie bowl and barely got any guacamole, and no lettuce or the right salsa… won’t be coming here anymore. For anyone reading this maybe pick a different location.

I've been dining at this particular franchise for over a decade and have seen a sharp decline in quality over the past 18 months.All too often they have run out of product and left signs on the doors informing would be customers that staple ingredients such as rice or beans are not available. When they do have ingredients, the portion sizes they put in are far below what you would expect to get for the price.Even the soda fountain is frequently out of service. I can understand running out of syrup, but running out of CO2 and not even acknowledging it? And I don't believe I have ever been able to get ice in the last six months that I've been here. I'm surprised Coca Cola will still allow their equipment in this franchise with how poorly it is maintained.The only consistency at this location is the decor, it has remained unchanged since it opened its doors. Although they did recently change one of the main doors into an exit only door. I'm not sure why a business owner would hinder customer traffic in such a way.Do yourself a favor and skip this location for your dining experience. You're better off going across the street to Qdoba where you will actually be getting your money's worth.

The food quality control is very poor at this location. Went there during lunch break today. White rice is way under cooked, almost raw. They were also out of grilled veggies. I would go back ask for another order without white rice, but not worth my time. Very bad experience.

It's chipotle don't expect anything else, the food is the same but this location is never clean. People are nice enough.

When it comes to Chipotle restaurants when you walk in this place looks normal. However, in terms of being able to clear the line they are subpar and cannot handle any sort of rush. If you go during their dinner rush expect to stand in line for 30 to 45 minutes. Additionally, when they are short staffed they will not serve customers they will only do online orders which is disappointing. Especially because they don't advertise this they just post signs on their doors stating this once you arrive.
