At this location, I had waited over eight minutes before a team member came out with the iPad to take my order (when I was now 2nd in line). I got to the window paid, as I was paying cash and the barista was making the drink for the car behind me. I waited several more minutes before, as I was watching, my drink was being made and finally handed to me. As a long time customer, I understand being busy, I'm used to waiting in line but this was poor management of time and process. A total of four employees inside and at least one outside taking orders on the iPad.

There’s always a line but it doesn’t last too long as the workers act quickly and professionally with a friendly attitude. I’ve never had a bad drink order and I always try something new when I go - there are so many options. They also do a free drink on your birthday, which is cool.
