Charged for the wrong drink (charged more). It was remade and then given to me in the wrong cup. When I questioned it they told me it was how I ordered it. Then a greasy headed kid rolled his eyes like it any of this was my fault. Wish I could take back my tip.

The service/speed at this location is atrocious. 15+ minute waits regardless of line length.There were 13 people waiting for drinks in the indoor area and overhead the barista saying that they weren't working on any of the walk-in drinks. Floors were sticky and the interior was generally not clean.
I understand this place has a lot of kids that works here. But they have to understand it’s also a place of business. I ordered my drink and waited 15 minutes. The reason why is because one of the employees was chatting up a storm with their friends at the drive thru. If you want to talk to someone you know that works there, catch them inside or their break. Not when there’s a long line and busy. I was extremely frustrated. When the car in front of me that was holding up the line, she didn’t even leave with a drink! Ridiculous, I’m not sure who manages this store but they need to have a chat with their staff on limiting their time who they talk to through the drive though or even general. Paying customers have places to be and destination to get to. Also would like to add i waited so long, my drink was already melted. So disappointed and upset. Management needs to get this store in check. Absolutely unacceptable and yet the workers always ask for a tip like they deserve it.

I go to Dutch bros daily. This is the BEST location in Hillsboro. Everyone is so nice, they're fast, and I haven't had any mistakes made in any of my orders. They recognize us when we come in and even notice when one of us is missing. Love coming here!!
