why did i wait 15 min for a lemonade , they made the person behind me drink first so the car proceeded to honk at me , 15 min at the window mind you , not counting the 10 min in line . they refused to turn towards the window despite me saying hello afew times .

Moved up here from Tigard and I cannot believe how slow this Dutch Bros is compared to all their other locations, especially with competition across the street. I've never been a fan of Starbucks, but now I consider going there over this location everytime I want coffee before work. Lately they've been finishing the drinks of cars behind the one that's at the window--why not finish the first car's order? Even if I got my drink ahead of time, it's not like I can hop the curb and leave. Being first in line, the baristas aren't very engaging considering the wait time is over 30 minutes most days. It really makes me miss the other location I used to go to.I've been putting off leaving a review like this because I love Dutch Bros, but maybe this enough reason to save my time/money.

7am Sunday morning 1 car before me took 10 min before I got to the window to place my order. The person in front of me appeared to only have 2 drinks. Price was $5.50 for med iced chai which was 90% ice milk, almost white colored (looks darker in photo). I've had this drink enough to know what it should look like. The employee wiped the outside of my cup with a filthy rag, not even careful enough to keep it clear of where my mouth goes and now I have all the dirt of the drinks made that morning. The three employees were so busy chatting with each other, she was chatting with them while handing me my drink. I paid cash for my order and forgot to ask her to scan my phone for the points but isn't it her job to ask? I was looking at my phone when I ordered.

Great location, if you can get in. This location is ALWAYS busy. I'm not sure why they don't open another location near by to alleviate how busy this place is. Multiple times I've just had to turn around and drive away because it's just too busy.

This specific Dutch bros is just not great. I’m writing this in the drive thru that I sat in for one hour while four cars in front of me got ONE drink. It’s been like this for years, their service is INCREDIBLY slow compared to the other locations. Employees just sit and talk to customers or each other. Coming from an ex barista, I have NO idea how it takes so long to make drinks.

This is our go to Dutch Bros. location and the people are always fantastic. They are usually fairly busy but always get through the lines are quickly as possible with the highest quality serviceOur best experience was today. When we got home, our dog accidentally knocked over one of our drinks. We decided to go back to buy another one and they were so nice and gave us a replacement for free. They are just wonderful folks.Highly recommend any of the Rebels and my favorite, the white coffee 911 (yes it is a ton of caffeine)Go check this stand out today!PS: There is a two line system. If both lines are full when you arrive, there is an unwritten system. Cars coming from the west side go in the west side line. Cars coming from the east side (the gas station side) go in the east side line. Helps the flow work better =-)

If you aren't shown the iPad when you order, double-check that they didn't just tip themselves with your card without your consent. It's already happened to me twice at this location. It really needs to be a conversation between management and staff, because stealing from your customers is insane and simply bad business.

My experience today was amazing ? ☺ I drive a big truck and can't fit in the drive thru so I have to walk up and it was raining... however, the guy was super nice and directed me to a place to order and wait out of the rain... umbrella picnic tables. Thank you so much for a great pick me up.
