Probably my favorite chain to get a bagel from. Bagels always feel fresh and the sandwiches have always been packed. Service can be sort of hit and miss to be honest, but on the most part I've had a positive experience at this location. I always have a tough time deciding if I want a sweet or savory bagel, so luckily they cover both spectrums well. My favorites are the Chorizo egg sandwich, Texas brisket egg sandwich, and their strawberry smear.

This is a great bagle shop with lovely employees! Each time we have visited there we have had great chat with them. They are great at helping choose items and are fast with preparation. Restaurant is clean, including bathrooms, and seating is plentiful. Outdoor seating too, if you get a warm day in the PNW!

The Egg bagel Sandwich was soaked in Oil! The most oily it’s been out of any Einstein bros I have been to in the Nation! I’m not sure if they dipped it in oil or what but I couldn’t eat that and I was already at work to go and take it back but it would’ve been nice to get a refund! I just won’t go back. Also the other locations in the Portland Oregon area greet me, The Employees at the location at Hillsboro Oregon didn’t greet. Might need a full retraining session with the Employees!
