I love this coffee shop for meeting up with friends! It’s so cozy and relaxing. The vibe is eclectic with funky mismatched chairs and tables.I usually get the Aztec Mocha, which has cinnamon.

Well this is awkward. My doctor's office is over by this location of Insomnia. I'd pretty much written off buying their drinks because they weren't even tasting like what I recalled. But I stopped here, went through the drive thru, and ordered my favorite Insomnia beverage. Black Forest Mocha with 6 shots, Oatmilk and no whip. Well first off, the staff (both times I visited last week,) was kind and very friendly. I also didn't wait long at all for my coffee. But WEIRD my coffee was $2 less here than at the Murray Hill location. Guess I just have to drive a bit farther for good service and coffee because they're a 5/5 and the other location right by my house is a 2/5.

You'll pay a bit more for coffee here vs other places, but the coffee here is always better. The vibe is awesomely Portlandia in Hillsboro. Their quiche used to be incredible, but they changed the recipe in the last few months and, frankly, it's not nearly as good. Their hand pie is certainly worth trying.

I really like Insomnia Coffee. I've come on different occasions, and it's pretty solid in what they offer. I got a mocha with a dairy alternative and a vegan cookie. My granddaughter got a hot chocolate and brownie. We found a spot to sit in comfy chairs. I loved all the different art pieces for sale by local artists. I really liked the personal touch!
