I visited jack in the box tonight and unfortunately I had a disappointing experience with horrible customer service! We get off to a terrible start when she had us waiting at the speaker for an eternity which was not the worse part. Despite asking the cashier, Juanita, if my order was complete as she hands it to me and confidently answers “it’s all there”, I discovered upon arriving home that 1/3 of my order was missing. I attempted to contact the restaurant numerous times (over 30) to address the issue, but unfortunately I was unable to reach anyone. As a result, I’m hesitant to return in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for others.

I work nights and usually get my dinner here as they are open late. I pull in tonight and ask for the double bonus jack combq and get told, "Yeah, we don't got that." This despite it being advertise to me on Spotify as I'm driving home. I'll not be going back.

This specific Jack in the box has the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced going through a drive thru. Multiple times I've been in a pinch for breakfast and tried to choose this place for some food-- I'll show up 15-20min after it says they're open online, on the door, and on the drive thru. I'll wait at the ordering menu for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment and then pull around to the window to try and see what's up, calmly and nicely. Diffrent times the worker inside has ignored, has mouthed at me, "NOT OPEN" and also, "GO AWAY".The most infuriating part of all of this, is that the open sign is on.To treat a customer like this is so disrespectful. I will be taking my money up the road, to another place from now on.

very sticky all tables and floors were sticky. like they tried to clean it with dirty water or used towels not much solution. the workers could be cleaning better instead of standing around talking and not attending to front counter.
