I don’t often leave reviews. We were just here and the person who make our sandwich was going at turtle speed. It was PAINFUL to watch and wait to eventually get the sandwich. What a bummer. I’ve always had good experiences here but this time was a huge let down. I’m not a very picky person and hate to leave negative reviews but this was rough :/

Waited inside for an HOUR for an online order, I wish i were joking. I keep going up to get the status and was told they were really backed up. I saw countless customers come in off the street order, get their food and leave. When I tried to reason with them that even though I had an online order, I had been sitting here while people off the street were ordering and getting their food within minutes , they said they were just very backed up. The guy up front the whole time was very nice and said he had only been there 4 days, but man you need a better system, training or something to at the very least, treat customers who ordered online and arrive at the store, as if they were a customer who just walked in off the street.

Ordered a “giant” roast beef sandwich tonight. It looks like they put less meat than we get on a regular. For an $18 dollar sandwich, it should have more roast beef. Is this because I used my points? If so, that’s pretty lame.

Horrible. Told 10-15 min wait for my food. After I order... Waited 17 mins prior just in line... Then I go to get my wife cause this was for her lunch .. and we come back and no sandwich was made yet..... She has only 15 mins left on her lunch break.... And now we are here again..... No sandwich.... This is now 23 mins after I order and 40 mins after arriving..... Then I ask for my order they say "he is just now getting started on it"..... My pregnant wife's lunch is now ruined and she is gonna go back to work and we wasted time and gas and her break and everything for a sub that takes 28+ mins from order time ??? Nah not the buisness, I'll be sure to not suggest this for meals and or friends or family that's wild....

Out of lettuce I was told with only meat products left as they are easier to prep… with 45mins to close. Might as well just close doors at 8instead of 9pm.

$12 for a 7" sub? Horrible value. Something I will only do once. The sandwich was that good. Service was only good because no one else was in there and the online orders starting coming in after they started my sandwich. Lesson learned.

Apparently I have been sleeping on jersey mikes. Their subs are real deal. I love the sourness of the peppers and vinegar. It cuts through the fatty meats extremely well. The bread is always soft but holds all the juices without getting soggy. Idk what else to say, this is what the other chains wishes they were.
