Bloody delicious. First time trying this little gem tonight. Burgers are a sensible size that don't leave you fearing the bathroom. Well constructed with very fresh and tasty components. Truffle fries are a good shareable size, hot, crispy and full of umami goodness. Value is excellent for the price. Keep it up folks!

Great app and experience. Food was ready when I walked in at time promised in app. Food was hot and I ate it all. Great portion size. The chocolate chip cookie dough was delicious as well. I had the limited time bacon cheese burger and truffle fries LBB fry sauce did not disappoint.

The experience was overall annoying. My fiancé tried to place an order online a little over an hour before they closed and the order didn't go through because the website said it closed down online ordering. So my fiancé calls the location to place an order and mentioned that the website said they were closed for online ordering. The person on the phone just said "oh" and nothing else. Then we head over to the location and there's one kiosk. Not a single employee helped us nor even greeted us when we came in, and there was already a small line formed when we got in. The kiosk doesn't take tap-to-pay and the card reader is janky (my fiancé had to use 2 different cards for the payment to go through). We proceed to wait probably 20 minutes for soggy fries and lukewarm burgers. I think the $26 we spent would've been better elsewhere for the service and food that we got.
Be prepared to wait :) . We couldn’t order online because it was an hour before closing. When we arrived, no one takes orders, it's a single tablet so the line builds quickly. Just a few changes would make it much more efficient and enjoyable service.
So would love to give attention to the fact that there is NO need to use plastic cuppies for condiments. There are perfectly great paper cups to put the ketchup and special sauce in. So bad for the environment and wasteful. A very very small courteous thing management can do to help the environment yet have zero effect on customer satisfaction. Step it up LBB!
