They completely lost my online order so I had to wait 20 minutes for my food that I had scheduled a pickup time for. Then I asked for some kind of reimbursement (ex. An extra crazy sauce or something small) and they said no. Garbage customer service and then got home and the crazy bread was undercooked and cold

Cheap but pretty decent food. Typical little caesars but they have never burnt my Italian cheese bread so that more than I can say for many other locations I've been to.

Waited way over an hour for an order that I placed online, workers up front seem to have no idea what was going on, lobby was full of people Complaining about their orders being wrong or waiting hours for order I finally got confirmation at 10:45. My order was ready to pick up when my order is placed at 6:48….

This place is consistently 10+ minutes late for orders, whether they are placed by phone or via website ordering system, even if orders are placed hours in advance.Staff seems to be prejudiced against Caucasian customers and definitely provide a lower quality of service than to those of the perceived same nationality. Food is purposely dropped on the counter and tossed at customers (happened to us personally as well as we have seen it occur to other Caucasian customers), missing items are common in orders and when asked about it the response is very rude, argumentative and bordering on inappropriate.Pizza itself has a good flavor and doesn't cause (too much) heartburn. The cutting of the pizza is always very poor and generally needed to be cut again before being able to eat.Not worth it; spend the extra buck to purchase higher quality and better service.

It's 3:00 pm and they stop selling the lunch combo but still advertise on the menu oh and they stop selling that at 2pm there short handed I put my order at 2:37 pm I was told 15 to 20 min I don't know if the owner operater is around but I don't think she cares how this place is running people have been waiting for there orders before I got and I'm still waiting for my order

I made the mistake of accidentally ordering at this location instead of the better Little Caesars in Aloha and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement.Not only did I receive a pizza with burnt toppings, I ordered extra cheese and double Italian sausage and they skimped on both. I just feel like if I'm paying an extra $5 for extra toppings, there shouldn't be so much empty space on my pizza, but the sausage was burnt anyway so it was disgusting either way.When Uber Eats wouldn't refund my order (due to their notoriously awful customer service), I tried calling Little Caesars directly and this location doesn't even seem to have a working phone! I tried multiple times and just kept getting a recording that "the wireless customer is out of service."TL;DR this location sucks, go to the one in Aloha if you want Little Caesars.

I placed an order online (classic pepperoni and a Hawaiian deep dish), my order was suppose to be ready between 9:34pm-9:39pm. I decided to ask an employee how much longer on my order since my name was not on the portal, I was told 10min (ok! No problem). However, the staff on shift seemed so on organized. I looked at my phone and it was 10:15pm, so I asked another employee about my order. Turns out my order never made it in to the portal instead they had it inside the warmers behind the cashier and never told me. I leave 2min away from this location and my whole order was solid cold when I got home.

Made mistake of visiting in 2021-2022 timeframe. Brought a pizza home that after a bite or two I spit out. Went on google reviews and saw other customers had green mold on pizza. Called health department. I’ve been to little Caesar’s around country. The worst by a country mile. Had a brotha at delivery window hand me pizza and turn away. I said thanks you? What is this? Should have been shut down

Unfortunately this may not be the fault of Cesar's itself but whoever they chose to deliver their pizzas.. two hours after my initial order my order was still lost. Nobody can give me any info other than it went out.

Honestly, they shouldn't have a 5 star scale for Little Caesars, it should be a two star system. Either they did or didn't give me cardboard and sauce. 2 stars or one, pretty easy.
